How do you equip your TS Rubric Marines?

I just got my first unit of Rubrics and I'm not really sure how to equip/upgrade them.

Should I get the heavy weapon? Should I upgrade some of them with the flamers? Is the flame icon worth taking? And so on

Appreciate any kind of input in this, thanks

Either just plain old bolters in a min 5 man to meet formation requirements or a 10 man with a soulreaper cannon. I'd never use the flamers.

I magnetized mine so I can go with different options as the force needed

What I usually do is have 1 unit of 10 guys (TS plus Sorc.) with the Soul Reaper Cannon and put them in the middle of the board to act as an area denial unit.

I was thinking about that but was not sure of my magnetizing acumen to do so and make sure they aligned.

Also thought about paining them sans head, backpack and arms but got lazy and fearful I would screw up the paint gluing them together.
