Heh, so I'm curious.
The US, and many nations, are moving towards more... um.
Let us say more purity.
If and when your nation moves towards implementing purity standards, even if its just denying medical care, will it exterminate you?
Personally? I will be dead in a few days if denied life sustaining medication, required by a genetic condition. This medication has allowed me to be a very productive member of society for over 30 years, but the prices have skyrocketed in the US. No known reason; the routine med has been on market for over 30 years, went from $20 to $100 in the last 10 years. This med also went from over the counter to prescription required, for no evident reason, greatly increasing the burden to acquire it.
How would you die if your society goes full on social darwinistic, and why?

Yes but op wasn"t about invasion but country starting chase for purity. As far as i know no foreign relatives in close level(pity at that)
Also family comes from area without swedes and very few of my family knows swedish so anti-swedes have little against us.

Entirely depends on the definition of "purity" to the Hitler/Stalin in charge at the time.
This thread seems like more of an excuse for the OP to tell people about his condition/expenses than anything else though.

I assume I'll be hard pressed to get hold of power armour or anything else giving me a better than 4+ save. So presumably I'd get wrecked by one of these.
So many shots wounding me on a 2+ without armour save... *shudders*...

Not really since we got beaten anyway. If it hadn't been US&Brits coming to Normany thus hastening USSR's haste to get as deep into Europe as possible we would have been under USSR flag. But luckily USSR was more interested in all the land between them and Germany(maybe even parts of France) and Finland didn't happen to be on direct line of that!
