Let's assume for a moment that last night I placed an order for a Warlord titan, along with the weapon set and the missile system for the top.

How long do divorce proceedings typically take these days?

Why divorce when your Missus can just go "Missing" and you get the Insurance money to pay for the Warlord?

Before you take a trip to the lawyer remember she's entitled to half that warlord and all your pocket money for the next couple of decades.

And almost certainly the killiest and most impossible to kill (WC2 ability. Roll D6 to match your missing Hull Points. Get one back for each 5+....and it has 30 Hull Points. And is immune to Haywire)

Only if your opponents don't agree.

HH book 5 has the rules and you can take it as LOW choice. And unlike 30k 40k has no 25% rule so you just need enough points for titan+HQ+2 troops. Or go unbound.

Depends on were you live. In Arizona, for example, a divorce is just $275.00 and a bit of paperwork. That's almost like an acceptable tax, one might say.

So, 'hypothetically' you bought a Warlord titan with all the trimmings. And you have a wife. If we break this down logically we can extrapolate the following:

Wife + Warlord Titan ÷ Explanation of cost x fething annoyed wife = divorce and half a Warlord Titan on eBay

Now, if we assume some added variables:

Wife + Warlord Titan = Fething annoyed wife ÷ Liberal application of DREADSOCK to said wife = happiness, Warlord Titan + possible custodial sentence unless you are as good at hide and seek as Cypher

Clearly the second option is preferable on all accounts.

Warlord as child surrogate could equal mitigation via confusion of the wife. Worth an attempt.

Patiently and lovingly explain how this hobby is soooo much less expensive than boating, hunting, or ATV'ing. And, safer. Then, casually inquire as to the costs of her hair, fingernail and toenail maintenance (and be prepared to learn she spends more on that stuff than you spend on this hobby).

Or, hide the evidence.

No matter what, for the foreseeable future, you will certainly get more pleasure from your titan than from your wife. Oh, and don't be surprised if she takes the titan in the divorce. Bitches be crazy!

Tell her your're thinking about starting three gun competition and show her this picture. It's the about $10,000 worth of gear I haul out every month or so to shoot matches with. Match fees, gas and ammo bring the cost of a club match to about $150. Compared to this $2500 for a Titan is down right cheap!

Well she does not get you pocket change unless she has given up on her career for the benefit of the house hold as per alimony law. so if she is a house wife, then yes you would be screwed. Either way you will have to negotiate the Titan's release.

Even with a reasonably amicable proceedings, it’s going to be at or around 6 months. Longer if things get ugly. I’m still technically married at this point, and The Wife started procedures back in August. Should be finished, but there was a scheduling problem with the judge finalizing things. So we have another month or two to go.

If she lawyers up and gets all formal about it, you will probably be paying over titan costs in legal fees. On the plus side, the acting party pays quite a bit more. So it would cost well over what the Warlord did to ditch you.

I would check the shipping info and make sure you have a decent supply of chocolate and wine on hand for when it shows up. Might be worth investing in a few dozen chick flicks to distract her while you go off to the workbench and abandon her.

Give Wargame Exclusive a week.

I say buy her a pair of boots or a coat that she has been eyeing. Then when the box comes in swap the contents ninja style then tell her some stuff you ordered for her came in. Then hide evidence until she no longer notices.

Forgeworld would be so much better if the line on the credit card statement read JACKSON'S AUTO BODY or something. You could claim the need for repairs and look the hero for getting it done.
