Sooo

I don't really know what I've gotten myself in to. Here it is, if you guys want to look:

https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/0/723850.page#9314009

But I do need Slaanesh Cultist ideas. I have a few of my own, but I'm not sure how they would work. So I've come here. Does anyone have any ideas?

My current ideas are some kind of space marine in Heresy era armour with tentacles coming out of cracks in it, a Cultist using the spite revenants female torso and some fallen Eldar using Wych bits. And maybe a Beast of Slaanesh and some kind of Daemon engine (with more tentacles), but I'm not quite sure how to build them exactly. I also have a few SoS heads that look cool, so I must get try something with them.

Please help!

Ember

Got any masquerade masks? Fine clothes, lots of jewelry, brutal-looking weapons, and beatific or angellic masks are what I would do.

Peregrine - If you like the army buy it, and don't worry about what one random person on the internet thinks.

I'm hoping to beg a load of DE bits of my friend, and he might have some harlequin masks in there.

I'm also thinking about using Wych legs and spite revenant female torsos. But that might need some sort of daemonette arm to replace the wood one...

DE Wyches would make great Slaanesh cultists. No conversion necessary. But if you really want some mutations, you could just kit bash them with some Daemonettes.

Or even these:

Dark Eldar and Eldar models are always a good shout for slaanesh because they already look somewhat Slaaneshi, plus, its quite perverse in a way. For example, Harlequins are the most anti-Slaanesh you can get in fluff, but to use their models for a Slaanesh cult is so perverse its Slaaneshi in nature, which is perfect

Eldar do not look Slaaneshi. Slaanesh looks Eldary. Slaanesh is a dark reflection of the decadence and excess of the Eldar empire at their height. He/She is a creation of the Eldar.
So yeah, my vote is to use Eldar/DE models as Slaanesh Cultists

Other useful parts may also include:
High Elves torsos and legs, for the robes
Empire torsos and arms (for the puffy sleeves and slashed doublets). There's more to Slaanesh than bondage gear.

Something I would love to see - and may eventually do myself is the following (to quote myself from another thread)

 King Pariah wrote:
I think something that would be neat to see is a gluttony themed Slaanesh army but instead of an army of morbidly obese individuals, they're wendigos. It would probably be spawn heavy army as per wendigo mythology, the more they eat, the larger they get and less of their personality and sanity they retain so spawn would probably fit this fairly well. Possessed Marines being those on the descent into hunger induced insanity and anyone not a possessed or spawn is doing their damnedest to not give into the hunger for human flesh.

Gods? There are no gods. Merely existences, obstacles to overcome.

Holy Terra.

That sound interesting. I might get an ogryn for that.

Now I need to ask something else. My current plan is to have roughly 10-20 models in the warband (Think Blanchitsu or Inq28), and so far I have definite plans for three or four:

-Emperor's Children marine built with various 30k and CSM bits.
-Flesh Shaper, using a DE wych torso/legs, DE wrack spine and GS arms.
-Two bodyguards for someone, using wych bodies, Sister of Slaughter arms and SoS heads-

My other ideas:
Cult icon bearer, something like this:

More cultist with a mix of GSC neophyte and wych bodies.
A Cult leader using the Spite revenant torso and GSC legs (going for the "whoops I've lost my shirt" look )
Someone riding a Steed of Slaanesh
Some Eldar prisoners.
More EC.
Gluttony Ogryn.

Any other ideas?

I saw a great Slaaneshi cultist conversion somewhere on Dakkadakka but for the life of me I can't find it.

Dark Eldar Wracks with the 40K Tzaangor weapons. simple but effective...

Anyone seen the same images?
