One of the other pics shows that the Power Fist can take an underslung Assault Cannon. If that is a Punisher Cannon on the right arm, then a Punisher/assault cannon/2 storm bolter/missile launcher dreadnought is going to throw out a TON of shots. That's some good anti-horde dakka.
