Tyranids, genestealers are pretty bad because rending claws do just that but the big beasties are the worst, the talons and claws are sturdy enough to not break like all the dark eldar spines.

Bugs also have a way of always falling spikey side up, lets just say some of the blood effects on my tyranids weapons aren't effects

Not quite the same thing, but now that I stop and think about it, old pewter Karamazov would probably be one of the worst to DROP on your foot.

The goblin spearmen from the Third(I think) edition box of goblins vs high eves were much sharper, and even casual contact they would embed in skin. The ones from the recent one are tame by comparison. My latest plague marines have drawn so much blood that I'm considering it as a selling point.

In terms of most painful models, the early metal lictor or bio-titans. They hurt just trying to hold them.
