I backed the original Zombicide and two of the subsequent four. I've paid for those pledges several times over thanks to the exclusives they came with. You really are missing out if you decide to wait till retail.

Not in the least. I backed Prison Outbreak and Rue Morgue. Of all that stuff, I've only kept the Rue Morgue core, extra dice & tower, and Zombivors. The exclusives are overrated and unnecessary. Having sold the bulk of it, I made a solid profit on Zombicide.

But what I've kept, all of it could have been gotten at retail.

So we can agree different people perceive different values on the same things?

On the actual topic, I watch it, but I have yet to find it attractive enouph.

Any idea of what is that? (image seen in preview of a live from the kickstarter), maybe from an add-on for Unholy Army?

That would make sense - they've already included the Beast, after all! Looking forward to those

YES PLEASE!

Haven't they hinted at an apocalypse add on? I'm still feeling sorry for those who might want to play "holy", it really feels like they're not getting any love!

I play...

Sigh.

Who am I kidding? I only paint these days...

Good lord - it's already bursting at the seams - what more could you want? I'm not backing because its TOO much. I can't handle that much stuff :/

Do we know what the minis will be made of?

I'm assuming it'll be the same as the Mythic Battles minis, which is a high quality PVC plastic. I've played a game of MB using the final production copy of the box and the plastic is firm and holds all the detail

Nothing more, just the things offered do not captivate me, I probably like the game system more than the setting.

250-ish tiny minatures for $120 is fair, but you kinda need to add another $80-ish for the siege set. $200+S&H is a pretty big buy-in.

You definitely don't need the siege set - it's actually not at the top of my "to pledge for" list here, although I know a lot of folks have sprung for it. I prefer more tiny manz personally

I really wish that I didn't have to cherrypick Addons for this one.

Even a comparatively mundane expansion like this is enticing!

Perhaps not, but it's pretty attractive. The Village Set is even higher priority.

For me it's all about the Dragon, but I accept I might have a Dragon problem.(I even have a heresy Dragon, but have to admit the master of the Joan Dragon is a very close second)

Your last point is especially laughable and comical, because not only the 7th ed Valkyrie shown dumber things (like being able to throw the troopers without parachutes out of its hatches, no harm done) - Irbis

I for one really want the arquebusiers in the siege set, and maybe the bombards but not much else. I do love that village though!

You mean around 400hundread when you count in sg-s? An fes of thsoe are not really tiny, Beast, Death etc.

But yea, adding 80$ for siege is not cheap , but just look at it! <3
I always wanted castle, and this one looks really good and modular + you can use it for other 15mm rules system , doing sieges etc!

Hmmm, the village set is the first miss for me - too much livestock and not enough buildings!

I love that village set. And it's quite a lot of stuff you get for the price. I'm happy, even with the livestock ...

Executing Exarch

Anyone who goes all-in on this better hope the game is good, because that is more than enough plastic to last a lifetime of painting! For that reason alone, I'm not backing. Simply too many models

That really does feel like a thing now - the deal is 'too good', so people won't back!

Too much to do already, and this would then in turn add even more to do?!?

Something like that Seriously, it looks amazing, and if I wasn't getting KD:M tomorrow, I would be all over it. Might still have to get a dragon though.

The deal isn't "too good" - the minis are half the size of a WFB / 40k. Pricing at $120+S&H isn't that cheap, either.

But it is a lot of minis if you intend to paint it, and hobby time is a lot less now.

Yeah, I was going to say similarly - obviously they've made some of these minis look fantastic, but blocking in base colors, washing, and a single highlight / drybrush is probably all the vast majority of them need.

I'm also really happy with the depth of the details for this reason - they seem to have sculpted with the scale and feasible painting in mind

Aye, having painted historical 15mm minis before, they do not nearly need as much work as 28mm figures. Half the size, half the work right?
