So i have have been looking in the eldar codex in the past few days and i found that i want an example of an autarch with star glaive. (mele wep)
but on GW`s site they only sell the swooping hawk wing version with fusion pistol and powersword, and FW only sells titans and titankilling tanks.....

so, what should i do? buy the winged one and pretend he aint what he is, or are there any 3rd party sites that sells a model that could pass for the mele autarch?

You could always post in the Swap Shop asking to buy or trade for the autarch on foot model, then covert that with the Dire Avenger glaive.

There's no real definitive Autarch aesthetic either - it's a rather late Eldar creation and is simply a trumped up Exarch. So, use some Exarch bits or kit-bash one of the Phoenix Lords etc.

A glave is traditionally a style of polearm, So basically a blade of some type on a stick.

There is something like that in the Dire Avenger box

Right, a glaive is basically a single edged sword on a stick.
I think that is why GW "created" the option because the only on foot Autarch the wanted to keep in stock is Yriel....who has a glaive/spear.

Another option is to get the winged Autarch and not glue the wings on it. Maybe glue an extended handle on it sword (you can just cut off the handle below the hand, drill a hole and slip in a length on paper clip or brass rod)
