My delivery of issues 23-26 arrived just now, along with the three paint brushes. In a bag like last time.

Same here robertsminis, arrived this morning.
Previews the rhino for 27+28, was suprised as normaly its the second week of the month for me.

Got mine today too, 2x issues of number 23 (battlefield accessories sprue) and no issue of number 26. Not bothered as that sprue is more useful to me than the chaos black/Reikland fleshshade issue.

Now is time to cancel my subscription, best way to go about it?

I called up to cancel mine. Its easy enough. Now I buy individual issues from forbidden planet when something takes my fancy.

That was my plan after the brushes, being the last free gift.
But I want the Rhino, Ruins and Primaris Characters as it happens

arrived here today, pleasantly surprised, after last years largely monthly issues they seem to be catching up with the idea of what four weekly means.

now have a bit of terrain and a dreadnaught to build tomorrow

I wouldn't be surprised that the earlier delivery this month is due to February being 3 days shorter than a normal month. I reckon it will go back to normal for next month.

put the models together this morning, sweet jesus those barrels etc have 1997 stamped on the frames, I've had games against people younger than that.

Hmmm, early delivery? I am up to date but have only had two deliveries in 2019. One at the end of January and the other at the start of March. I was pretty much up to date prior to the start of the year, now they are a bit slower with the delivery matching the retail release of the last issue in the set of 4 delivered rather than being slap bang in the middle of the 4 issues.

I think they were part of the 3rd Ed box set. Templars vs the brand new Dark Eldar.

Got my latest set the other day.

Kinda want to build the Dread, but rally thinking of selling the bits and bobs on. Or, possibly, holding off until we get the Rhino for Chaos, and look to donate the bits and bobs to a local school club.

I was lucky, because I had lots of Imperial Guard and nothing of either army, so the sub suits me perfectly. I'm going to stick with it, the pieces are still worthwhile to me and getting something on the regular is a treat.

Curious what they might do this with again in future based on the success of this. Any reason they wouldn't do something similar with Shadowspear?

Split mine into he folder today, it's totally full now, I hope the next one comes soon

I'm actually wondering if we will see some of the Shadowspear sprues in Conquest. I mean, if that was the intent, they wouldn't have been able to include them on the full contents image, as they wouldn't have been revealed yet. I can easily see the scout squad, attack bike and bike squad being swapped out for the Shadowspear units, along with some of the heroes.They always seemed to be a weird inclusion anyway (especially as we now basically have Primaris scouts).

I presume none of the chaos side of this box makes much sense in a Death Guard army though? There's certainly less they could swap out (just the launcher, chaos spawn and 2 heroes - those are the remaining none Dark Imperium stuff coming for DG).

Alternatively those sprues could make a good ten issue extension I guess?

I mean I don’t want to say 100%, but I’m 100% sure they won’t add in new sprues, particularly that new box thy can sell at £95 a go.

Nice idea though, but I definitely don’t see it happening..

While that's true, the vast majority of the partwork isn't old kits. It's newer ETB stuff.

And arguably there's less "value" to the subscriber in the SS sprues as they can be got for cheaper in the box (not like those bikes are cheap).

Not even like they can use inventory stuck around in a warehouse as they need to be done in coloured plastic.

Thinking about it, demand must be an issue here. They will already have the molds for say, the old scout marine sets. So they can produce a bunch more. But how many? How long will that mold last? Would they make another one just for Conquest, even though that mini is probably getting to the end of the line for GW. I've no clue how many minis a single mold makes, or how that compares with the level of demand for Conquest either...

I picked up 2 copies from WHSmith's today. Its both sprues that make the body. Next week must be the accessory sprue

Really? So that issue alone is great for loyalists as that’s the normal bits to make a full Rhino right?

This will be great and worth ordering a couple if so..
