Does anyone have a photograph of the transfer sheet? It will be interesting to see what it looks like.

Another email from them -
*Delays to your deliveries*
Dear subscriber,
We are writing to apologise that you have not received a dispatch in a while. During January we updated our systems in line with the move to our new warehouse, and unfortunately some subscriptions to Warhammer 40,000: Conquest were delayed further than we initially anticipated.
If your monthly dispatch was processed around the 2nd February and payment was taken around the 12th February, and you have not yet received your issues, please be advised they should be with you around the end of next week. Please be assured we are doing everything we can to get these issues to you as quickly as possible and that this delay should not impact your future deliveries.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused and would like to thank you for your understanding and patience.
Kindest regards,
The Publisher

Received the same one. Not sure what my situation is as my issues were marked as processed on 31st January and payment taken on the same day.
Still no reply to my customer service requests sent two weeks ago. Really not impressed with the new distribution and customer service company as so far since the switch I have either received nothing or very damaged items due to awful packaging, plus no reply to upgrading Mortak Realms subscription or replacing the damaged issues whereas the old customer service company always replied within 48 hours.

Can anyone confirm whether the Death Guard stratagems in the magazine are only for the narrative missions against the Silver Templars, or are they just new stratagems?

Didn’t see it posted here or announced in WarCom but Conquest has arrived in Portugal. No premium subscription though, anyway they still have some offers for being a subscriber like the clippers and painting handle. Also said that individual issues can be ordered by the stores that sell them.

Yeah that looks pretty dull, like 10 yrs out of date or something, the transfer sheets I've seen from them in the last few years generally look much better.

I just got a reply to an email to hachette regarding mortal realms after 19 days waiting. It was to cancel as I'd been unable to add any payment details after using their site and speaking to someone who told me the details were on my account. I'm still going to get it but through my local newsagent.

It’s been 21 days for me now.
I messaged a different customer service department via Facebook and they have updated me (I need to call next week to give payment details again though). What they couldn’t do was cancel my original email request which may still be actioned at some point (likely cancel my existing premium and setup a new premium so I have to call a third time..).

The warehouse/customer service change has been a bit of a pain. My direct debit for Conquest has been taken but I haven't received anything in quite some time now and my direct debit for the next Mortal Realms delivery hasn't even been taken yet. Had the aforementioned email from them but I still have no idea when stuff is due to turn up.

I'm not sure when I got my last delivery from them, must be at least 6 weeks. It's becoming a bit of a shambles. If I thought I'd easily be able to cancel I probably would do so.

Funny enough, I wonder if they picked it to be relatively easy to freehand? Silver Templars seemingly being intended as a kind of Primaris intro and all.

Thats actually not a bad thought, transfers are probably an after thought rather than planned from the beginning.

Does anyone know what the sprue contents for the final two issues are? It says Magnavent walkways, but that's three sprues spread over two issues right?
https://forbiddenplanet.com/catalog/?q=warhammer%20conquest&sort=release-date&page=1
(anyone that bought the whole series has enough to make the Galvanic Magnavent, which is four sprues, but so far they've only had one sprue, the Alchomite pipes).

I paid for mine in January but not received it yet. I sent a query via Facebook (they no longer respond to emails at all) and had a reply within 24 hours. Unfortunately due to the new distribution centre they cannot actually tell what has and hasn’t been posted so can’t confirm if it has gone missing in the post. I need to go back to them if I receive the next set issues before these ones which isn’t very helpful.

That type of paint guide used to be a mainstream GW product years ago.
I think painting guides in WD at one stage were printed landscape style so you could stick them into the binder.

What is disappointing is not the chapter symbol. That is ok if inverted, the problem is that ratio of symbols. You get enough for 65 marines and no more, and a tiny handful of vehicles. As you cant get duplicate copies this can be a problem. People interested in this chapter should talk to Hachette to try and get more transfer sheets or grab them off other players, because once gone they are not going to be back and the window to make a Silver Templar army properly closes for good.

They tried to deliver mine on Thursday, and I picked it up from the Post Office yesterday.
Shame the next package is going to be "All Repulsive, All The Time", but I knew it was coming at some point.
