Considering Corbyn is only a step or two away from chanting blood and iron when it comes to the Jews
Even if that characterisation were accurate that's still a step or two away. When things are a step or two away from each other they're not equivalent by definition. What's your point?
That Corbyn is a massive anti Semite and the leader of the second largest UK political party so the comparison is more apt than you all want to believe
I suspect Corbyn is anti-Israeli, which isn't necessarily anti-Semite, but it's very easy to confuse and conflate the two positions because you can't be anti-Semite without being anti-Isreal.
However this is more properly a topic for the UK & Europe thread.

Temp you can just disagree with a Mod or accumulate enough strikes that they don't bother to read them and just ban you.
Perm not sure, been trying to avoid it.
WE had one guy blame the entire staff and started the blame the victim and started calling people some horrid crap, to such a degree he was permanently banned. I think we have a black list, but its rare for that to happen (From my knowledge).
I personally don't like the grave dancing, McCain was a good guy, bad politican, but a good man who lived a tragic yet great life.

Correct. Anti-Israel, but pro Jew. Has opened a few synagogues, goes to pass over dinners and such with the wrong kinds of Jews (often ones that don't approve of Israel either). Israel has a thing about smearing anyone who disagrees with how they treat Palestine or anyone else as anti-Semitic.

This email thing is stupid. Even if HRC was convicted of everything they allege regarding her emails, so what? That doesn't excuse what anyone else has ever done, but the current Republican party line treats it like it would, or that one wrong justifies another.
But why be critical about it when you can hang onto the delusion that if they could just get her on the emails, everything will be right, and Trump will be exonerated from any wrong doing?

Formosa, those two videos might be useful in regard to the alt-right, their "white ethnostate" and other bs. And yes, the alt-right are Neo-Nazis. I don't know why one would feel the need to defend them or their views:

They don't care about your counter, your flawless and rational argument, or that some might call them crazy. They appeal to people's emotions to get them on their side and intimidation to silence their opposition and if it's not affecting you, then you are just no the target (yet). To them your counter is like farting in a tornado, maybe amusing but entirely powerless. Right or wrong doesn't matter to them, to quote Sartre:
“Never believe that anti-Semites are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past.”

Because a conservative think tank would never let the "but her emails" go
So... they're lying about what happened... is that your story?
For those who tl;dr it: Let's recap, HRC and crew only turned over about 30,000 emails to the Government which she and her lawyers deemed "relevant." The rest of the emails, she claimed, were about yoga routines and wedding plans, but no one was able to check on this, as she had deleted the rest of them. Bleach-bitted them, in fact. This is VERY irregular in that she was already been subpoena'ed for all work emails... anyone else doing this would get sanctioned hard by the court. Most often, a taint team is used in situation like this to keep the process kosher. (heh... legit used the word taint... )
There were nearly seven hundred thousand relevant emails on convicted Anthony Weiner's computer, that his wife (Abelin) used to email her boss. 700,000!
That's a lot of emails. A lot more than the original 30,000 that was turned over.
However, the FBI repeatedly narrowed the search warrant for the emails that they would even bother reviewing, to make sure that only the tiniest fraction of these 700,000 emails was even given a once-over.
Ya see... the less evidence you even look at, the less likely it is you'll be forced to hurt HRC's electoral chances, after all. That's the thinking I'm sure... just days before the election. This was the genesis of Comey reopening the investigation/then shutting it down.
Even with such a massive winnowing of the evidence they were willing to look at... just 3,077 out of the nearly 700,000... they *still* found new classified emails, even in that very limited scope. In other words... they only looked at 0.4% of the total emails found on Weiner's laptop and they found brand new classified informations that was secret in it's origination.
Of course, the FBI, under Strzok... yeah, this guy: ...ignored the FBI SDNY office's report that they had hundreds of thousands of emails relevant to the "Midyear Review" the month before. They delayed reviewing them for as long as they could...and they only wound up reviewing them when they found out that news had leaked and congressmen knew they were sitting on this.
Remember, HRC's IT guy destroyed the bulk of these emails off HRC's servers right after speaking to Clinton's lawyer? He did this despite the fact that these were government records and they were under official request for disclosure by the government. The IT guy has never explained what HRCs lawyer said in that conversation, who he claimed lawyer-client privilege...despite the fact that he had never been a client of that lawyer before. The IT guy was also found to be obviously, flagrantly lying when asked bout the emails. But, yet the IT guy and HRC's staffers got immunity over this.
These emails on the Weiner's computer could have told us what happened to cause the destruction of so many emails from Hillary Clinton's servers. But Comey had decided to not even look into this potential obstruction of justice and destruction of government records, only searching her emails for classified-information violations, and the subsequent warrant for the Weiner records likewise avoided searching them for evidence of obstruction of justice.
Even though it was impossible to search even these few emails and clear Hillary before the election, Strzok decided that they would do the impossible for Hillary anyway...the article then notes that Comey claimed it was now possible to review wholesale via a technological breakthrough, in which computers would find the duplicate emails and thereby eliminate them from the need of human review.
But this turned out to be a lie. They only attempted this technological trick... and according to sources, it actually failed.
And so, given that there was no "amazing technological breakthrough" allowing them to complete this "review" and clear HRC before the election, three agents, including Strzok, went through the 3,077 emails (out of almost 700,000... about just 0.4% mind you) in just a 12 hour period.
And...
Yet investigators nonetheless found 13 classified email chains on the unauthorized laptop just in the small sample of 3,077 emails that were individually inspected, and four of those were classified as Secret at the time. Contrary to the FBI's public claims, at least five classified emails recovered were not duplicates but new to investigators.
Keep in mind: Reality Winner willfully mishandled classified information and got 5 years.
No one in their right mind would argue that HRC and staff didn't willfully setup a personal email...which by definition, is willfully mishandling classified information. Keep in mind, that SCIF, where classified information is stored, is air-gapped...it's impossible to 'electronical' email/forward classified information from a SCIF to an UNCLAS destination, like HRC's private email server. So, someone (likely HRC's staff) had to illegally TRANSCRIBE the classified information into an UNCLAS email application... in order for HRC to receive it.
Anyone else, not named or connected to powerful people, would've been prosecuted.
This was Animal Farm on display.

The former is pretty funny tho, since it's freaking Madden. You'd have to go to puzzle and sim (and idk some sim games seem to encourage sociopathy XD) games and such to find a game less about violence than Madden XD

Let me just field that there are always at least two copies on an email. The copies they destroyed are specifically the copies that her mail server received or copies retained on the server of sent mail. However, the servers that sent to or received from would also have copies of those emails.
So, since absolutely nothing keeps the FBI from subpoenaing those servers, how exactly is this a thing? Because all the IT guy did was destroy the local copy.
Or is it just something for fake conservatives to jump up and down about?

I am amused that 'but her emails' was brought up as a joke, because it is considered unreasonable to the point of comedy that individuals would bring that up as a counterpoint. Whembly responds by doing exactly that, confirming that the state of thought among Republican supporters simply does not exist in reality. Every post he has made in the last two pages could be used as evidence why Republican supporters are not applying evidence based reasoning or even a basic level of logical reason at all. This is not an attack on Whembly but rather using him as an example of the state of the party--a parody.
Who on earth has ever sent 700,000 emails that wasn't a spammer?
Seriously, my Gmail account, that was an original Beta account, has like 13k messages. My work account has 7000 over the last three years.
700,000 emails is sending ten emails every hour, every day for eight hours, for 24 straight years.
Are they talking about an email *server*, or a personal laptop?

Trump rejected plans for a White House statement praising McCain
President Trump nixed issuing a statement that praised the heroism and life of Sen. John McCain, telling senior aides he preferred to issue a tweet before posting one Saturday night that did not include any kind words for the late Arizona Republican.
Press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Chief of Staff John F. Kelly and other White House aides advocated for an official statement that gave the decorated Vietnam War POW plaudits for his military and Senate service and called him a “hero,” according to current and former White House aides, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive internal deliberations. The original statement was drafted before McCain died Saturday, and Sanders and others edited a final version this weekend that was ready for the president, the aides said.
But Trump told aides he wanted to post a brief tweet instead, and the statement praising McCain’s life was not released.
“My deepest sympathies and respect go out to the family of Senator John McCain. Our hearts and prayers are with you!” Trump posted Saturday evening shortly after McCain’s death was announced.
Sanders declined to comment Sunday afternoon.
“It’s atrocious,” Mark Corallo, a former spokesman for Trump’s legal team and a longtime Republican strategist, said of Trump’s reaction to McCain’s death. “At a time like this, you would expect more of an American president when you’re talking about the passing of a true American hero.”
The break with precedent of previous presidents — who have typically released effusive official statements for noteworthy Americans upon their death — underscored the bitter relationship between the two men, Trump’s continued anger toward McCain, and the substantive and stylistic differences between them, people close to both men said.
...[Trump-McCain history]...
The Arizona senator died at a time he saw as dark in the country’s history, said John Weaver, a former aide and a longtime friend. Weaver said McCain kept some of his worst opinions about Trump to himself.
McCain’s popularity among Republicans has dropped as Trump has taken over the party. In a recent Fox News poll, 41 percent of Republicans said they had a favorable opinion of McCain, while 60 percent of Democrats shared the view. Trump’s approval is close to 90 percent among Republicans.
For many, the contrast between the two men — and Trump’s reaction to McCain’s death — led to emotional and nostalgic remembrances for the senator, a hearkening to a different time. Weaver said there was a “clear juxtaposition” between the two.
Mark Hertling, a former senior military commander who lauded McCain on Twitter for visiting Mosul during heavy fighting in Iraq, said he was not surprised by Trump’s reaction to McCain’s death. Nineteen months into his presidency, Trump has yet to visit any war zones where American troops are fighting.
“It was very shallow,” Hertling said of Trump’s response.
McCain allies said they did not expect an outpouring of praise from Trump after their contentious past.
“It certainly doesn’t bother me or the people I know close to John,” Weaver said. “I don’t think it bothers John one bit. If we heard something today or tomorrow from Trump, we know it’d mean less than a degree from Trump University.”
