Whoever made the prediction that the 2 bounty hunter guys were squats (more like ratlings they look though) and the robot was their mate in an exosuit called it so correctly they MUST have had some inside knowledge. Also, the exo-suit looks tau like even more in model form, it probably isn't tau linked but it looks like tau tech.
Lastly, the traitor guard look amazing.

They're Ratlings. We've known there were Ratlings in from the time we had the name of this set.
I still maintain the robot is an AdMech operative.
I very quickly went from "not bothered" to "must buy". So the CSM have the same body but different heads, probably suggests a sprue of "bad guys" is repeated in the set?
ho-LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE gak! I had no interest in this until that trailer. This is, bar none, the best box set GW has ever done in terms of amount of unique, well-designed, great sculpt, 40k-ass 40k models. I pretty much want every single model from that video and I want it now. Jesus. Talk about blowing Rogue Trader out of the water (great as though some of those sculpts were, many were not as great and the Nurgle side did nothing for me). What a triumph.

Seems like Chaos will finally get some nice stuff down the road.
Probably a Power Maul.

Kroot, Trader, Navigator, Priest and Redemptionette are my favourites from the "good" side. The Ranger is a bit of a let down for me - the pose is just akward and two-dimensional. Could be worse though. Ratlings and Exo Suit look a bit out of place - maybe I'll have to see them in person to form a final opinion.
The Chaos side is pretty much perfect except for the weird Beastmen, but the Renegades, Lord and Psyker dude more than make up for that.
