So this week I decided to bolster my Battle Sisters Force with some Classic Imagifiers. These banner Bearers have the dual benefit of looking pretty cool and also making nearby sisters far more effective.

I am planning to refight the old White Dwarf Battle report of the Battle at Sanctuary 101 and so I am steadily building up both Adepta Sororitas and Necron forces for the encounter!!

OK - how the heck did you do those banners? Are those transfers & all by hand? If by hand, did you draw out the design 1st then somehow transfer the design on??
Cheers!
(top work btw )

Check out my gallery here
Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

Wow, I don't think I've ever seen text done so clearly!

I'd guess the text is a decal, given it's identical on both banners, save for the starting letter.

Hi guys! Thanks for the kind words! They are indeed decals; they were part of the Witch-hunters/Sisters of Battle release during third edition back in 2002. I’ve had them for years and now seemed like a good time to use them! Thanks to the prodigious use of micro-sol and micro-set they have come out looking really crisp!

"I will admit that some Primachs like Russ or Horus could have a chance against an unarmed 12 year old novice but, a full Battle Sister??!! One to one? In close combat? Perhaps three Primarchs fighting together... but just one Primarch?" da001
