Looks like you have at least two off this page. I think the pointing rat that's not holding a spear is the leader with arquebus and the one holding a spear forward is the stormvermin.
http://www.solegends.com/citcat19894winter/cat89wint011x-01.htm
Can't quite make out the rest. If you could get a profile shot of the two on round bases, that would be very helpful.
Ah, the one next to the Leader is the musician from the same page.
The one in the middle does indeed appear to be the gunner from a fire thrower team a couple pages after the one I linked.
This page from a catalog two years later is probably more accurate to their age as it has the pointing one with spear. Some names have changed, but the models haven't.
http://www.solegends.com/citcat1991b/cat1991bp220skvncmd-01.htm
So the two point are a Commander with Warplock Musket and a Commander with Halberd. It should be obvious which is which. xD
What was previously the musician is now a Clan Skryre with Sword.
The Stormvermin is now a Clan Rat with Halberd 1.
The Fire Thrower is now a Warpfire-Thrower Gunner 1.
Still not sure on the two on round bases.

Yes, they both appear to be Clan Rat with Ball and Chain Flail seen on this page: http://www.solegends.com/citcat1991b/cat1991bp222skaven-00.htm
Wait, the one on the right actually looks more like the Clan Rat with Staff Sling on second glance. His tail looks like a spike on the mace at first. They might both be as the only difference looks to be what is hanging behind them.
Also, the one I thought was Clan Rat with Halberd 1 is actually Clan Rat with Spear 2 missing his shield from the same page.

Hmm, no not really. The one with the axe has a built in square base on top of the square plastic base, so he's not Warhammer. He could be old Citadel pre-Warhammer, but I don't know much about their earlier models. GW never used a hex base to my knowledge, so the one in the middle is probably not GW, but it wouldn't be the first time I've seen a GW model on a hex base on eBay so he could be an old Warhammer Fantasy Ork. The one on the right could also be an Old Fantasy Ork, but I've never been fond of Orks so I don't know much about them. I can take a look through the old catalogs, but I don't know that they're even GW.
Found the one on the right. His name is Slice seen here in the C12 Goblins: http://www.solegends.com/citcat198704cja/c198704cjp0038-00.htm I should have mentioned before with the Skaven, but they often gave names to models in the earlier runs and then reprinted the same models later with a generic name. What you have may not be as old as the catalogs I'm looking through, it's just the same sculpt.
A search of the name painted on the base has revealed some possibly helpful info. I will delve deeper. https://1d4chan.org/wiki/Githyanki
Or that name could be a wild goose chase for the mini. It certainly looks close to the images, but may not have been the original intention of the model.
I'll keep looking when I have more time, but hopefully someone else recognizes him before that.

Your knowledge is lacking. Please update it. GW used to to black plastic slotta bases in the 80s and early 90s. They also did some of them in METAL.

Well holy crap, thanks a bunch! I guess I did know about the old flyer hexes, but never heard of the normal slotta hexes! Or separate metal bases for that matter. Got any idea on that model on the hex base then? I combed the 80s and 91 catalogs and didn't find him, but it was very late so I may have missed him. I was only looking at Orks and Goblins too, both Fantasy and 40k.

IIRC the Githyanki on the hex base is an old Marauder mini from before GW/Citadel bought them out. I haven't been able to find a catalogue pic yet to confirm, though.
EDIT: Here we go. It's one of Bob Naismith's. Looks like I was wrong about it being from Marauder.

Good job! So I was at least on the right track looking for a Githyanki mini. I haven't fully gotten the hang of exploring SoL, so I mostly stick to the Citadel catalogs.
That might even be an original hex base since some of the models have them in those pics. It appears to be Pose 1 - Variant B from those pics.

I vaguely remembered having seen it in an old WD from back when GW/Citadel did AD&D minis (before TSR screwed GW over and gave exclusive rights to Grenadier). But my WDs from that time period are slightly awkward to get at right now, so it took me a while to track down an online source. Found a site talking about Citadel/GW's AD&D minis range that mentioned Bob Naismith had sculpted the githyanki. Which I should have realised, as Bob's sculpting style is quite distinctive. A quick search for "Bob Naismith githyanki" turned up the SoLegends link.
I don't know why I thought they'd done the AD&D minis under the Marauder name. Marauder wasn't even set up as a company until almost a decade after GW/Citadel lost the rights to produce AD&D minis! My memory works in very odd ways sometimes.
Incidentally, the githyanki race was invented by a British author named Charles Stross (although he took the name from a George R. R. Martin story) and first appeared in a 'Fiend Factory' article in White Dwarf issue 12, back in 1979. A lot of classic D&D monsters actually made their first appearance in WD.

Looks like someone’s old 13th company army, given the mix of CSM and SW parts. The last pic is a Rune Priest and the limited Games Day 2002(? Might be 2003) Wolf Priest.

It's definitely an interesting mix of normal SM, SW, and CSM. I see at least a few CSM arms and a Khorne Berzerker head, some CSM shoulder pads I think, and a bunch of mixed SW parts filtered in, but the base models appear to be generic SM models for the most part. Perhaps someone wanted a newly corrupted CSM warband look? SW parts are pretty easy to swap into CSM since they have a primal/tribal aesthetic. I myself have a previous sculpt SW squad I was planning on making into Chaos Wolves, though I never got past emptying the sprues and separating pieces for each model. With all the extra parts from just one CSM squad box and one SW squad box it would be easy to make at least one Chaos Wolf squad with generic SM.
Automatically Appended Next Post:
Also, the banners appear to be parts from old Vampire Count skeletons and/or zombies.
A few of the heads look like they might have come from WFB Empire models, specifically the one that looks to have a flop hat and the one that appears to have laurels. The metal torso in the second picture is that of a tech marine, as evidenced by his Gear Axe. The last picture also has a tech marine with the Gear Axe. Possibly even a copy of the same model.

No idea on the first pic without doing a bit of homework, but picture 2 is an LOTR Army of the Dead mini and the last pic are 3 Dead Marsh Spectres, also from LOTR.
EDIT- no, the second pic is a DMS, as is the second mini in the last pic. The guys on the left and right of him are Barrow Wights from the Tom Bombadil box set.
