I'm torn on who I think should get the Keyword for Eldar.

Eldrad comes to mind, but so does the Avatar of Khaine or even the Phoenix lords.
But I can't see that many HQs in the same faction getting being Supreme Commanders.

It might be cool if the gave Phoenix Lords a special rule that you could take 3 of them as a single choice in SC detachment.
Separate units of course, but they often show up in the fluff in 3s, so it'd be cool if you could take any 3, select 1 to be your WL and still get the benefit of the detachment.
It wouldn't be very good, but it'd be fluffy

Gathering the Informations.

I feel like Asurmen would be the 'best fit' for a Supreme Commander for Aeldari.

Of course they could just throw a hail mary and make Yvraine and the Visarch able to be taken as a Supreme Command Detachment.

You could argue for any of the Phoenix Lords, but I doubt they'd want to make it only possible to use one of them in any given list.
