Neave Blacktalon's head from the AoS Stormcast Eternals range would work really well. She has a braid, though.

Buuuut if I do that I need to do some custom green stuff hair which I'm trying to avoid... so... officially I haven't chosen yet but I'll be figuring that out soon. Hopefully.

They are nice looking heads, aren't they? I have a set in my bits box waiting for me to start putting my sororitas army together. The only thing, though: they all look pretty asian to me, even the so called 'caucasian' ones. At least that's how they look to my eyes.

Should be what you're looking for--copy paste the "forum" link below the pic on your gallery. Or just use only the bit between the "img" tags, including the brackets, which will just show the image, and not the link to your gallery for voting.

Well deserved, imo!

Finally picked up a Warhammer army a few months ago. Figure Draxus fits the whole mind bullet schtick for this month.

Looks like Erebus won out this month. And cloak, means freehand of course. Still a bit rough. Needs polish, and possibly a Daemon head in the middle.

I love the casual “might freehand a daemon head”!

Or the “a bit rough” lol....damn drool-worthy!

A WIP of Draxus. Messing around with colours and wanted to do not monochrome theme. The face is probably going to be terrible when I get around to it.

I'm Hampshire and until tonight it's been into the high 20s at 10/11 pm for days along with stifling humidity . It's supposed to cool down properly from tomorrow evening, so hopefully I'll be able to get back on track.

Yeah same. I powered through. I guess it depends on the environment on your immediate painting space, and how adept you are at getting the paint onto the model once it's on your pallette. We've got rain storms here today thank god.

(actually a little further along, but Slug Boy is still asleep in the workroom, so I can’t grab a new pic)

It’s been a bit hot where I am as well. Unfortunately, my workspace is the most poorly ventilated room in my apartment. One small window, no AC. They way my place is set up it’s impossible to get a cross draft. Best I can do is open the small window, and turn the fan/AC units on in the other rooms and hope for the positive pressure to keep the air moving. But that means I’m either air conditioning the great outdoors, or just running fans. It does tend to keep me from long sessions painting.

OP should be updated to this point.

I will be participating this month. I’m entering a sister that I will be converting into a space marine librarian.

Replaced the bulb in my magnifying lamp. I am taking a staycation this week. I managed to finished basecoating my inquisitor kitbash.
