Well googling up seems to be 3 years since ks launch. Also based on googling fulfilling deliveries on other ks's were years late so business as usual?

Yeah more info please.

I've yet to see any model KS deliver "on time". Even the ones that have most of the moulds often slip because they get such a vast volume that it takes longer to produce and that's before Corona has basically wiped out a lot of production, shipping, organisation and packing for a greater part of this last year.

Your post isn’t reaching critical mass, OP. As others have said, we’d quite like details.

As far as I can recall, the Burrows and Badgers ones from Oathsworn have either all been on time, or at least the majority of them have been on time.

Took a look at the kickstarter, saw that "Atherwind" went off the deep end with a rant in the comments. Maybe Necro is the same person? Otherwise, it seems the kickstarter is delivering.

Necro seems to have it in for Raging Heroes. A Google search doesn't reveal anything that stands out as "critical mass", whatever that means. They do have a reputation for being perfectionists (aka 'slow'), but then, Kickstarter is not mail order. If there is any concrete information.....?

That's a very good point they have!

It does appear one person has gone off the rails a bit. Otherwise it sounds like the product is going through the delivery phase and is moving through various shipment sites.

From what I can tell the disgruntlement mostly stems from long periods of a lack of communication after information is given that makes things sound like they will happen "soon". A common thing sadly with a few KS and more of a community/marketing management issue.

Ha, wonder what would’ve happened if that Aerherwind fella would have taken part in raging heroes first Kickstarter. The comments would have been biblical.

I would be interested in any review of this company or experiences,

At this point I am not a happy camper :(

So which is it? You're now glad you never backed this KS, and yet you were you so mad 2 years ago that you HAD backed this KS it that you created a thread saying how mad you were it was late. And on Aug 25, all within a couple hours, all from about the same time this thread was started on Dakka, there's 20 ranting comments on the KS from somebody named "Atherwind". This comment in particular caught my eye:

Aug 25 2020
Atherwind wrote:My time is extremely valuable however you have earned my ire and I have finished for the week. I also know that when these comments get out it will go viral across customer forums which is your base.

I am on a day off now so I have nothing better to do than vent my frustration...

Pretty sure this isn't news, things AREN'T reaching any sort of "critical mass", and it's just somebody trying to raise drama because they're unhappy about a late-delivering KS. Latest update and other comments say the stuff is currently on a boat and en route to the European distribution center, so it sounds like it's close to delivering.

Dwar7s Winter delivered on time, I think. Vesuvius Media is an amazing well-run machine though.

Raging Heroes always are late due to a variety of reasons, we are still waiting on the art book from their very first Kickstarter, so there nothing new going on here.

As for campaigns that have been on time.. both the first and second Astropolis campaigns delivered well before the projected delivery date, along with the Left at the Bottom of the Garden Wall campaign by Statuesque Miniatures, which also neatly delivered on time.

If I broke it down, my hourly wage is.....

Erm......carry the two.....divide by weasel......hint of Tabasco.......£18.13 (ish, if I worked it out right) per hour. And I do a well clever and responsible job. And I still don’t count my time as particularly valuable, given how much of it is spent in my fartsack or lounging on the sofa, binging crap on TV?
