It’s absolutely not settled. Fimir don’t have some kind of hook monopoly, and this is a completely different style to any Fimir metalwork (which is fairly ornate).

I think the Stormcast is standing on the same style of ruin as this foot. Both models are probably from the new starter. Also note that this foot has five toes while Fimir usually have three...

all the glyphs on the ruins have horns and two eyes. Not very fimiry either.

While I agree it probably wont be Fimir (:() the number of toes isnt a big inidcator of anything as GW quietly also adjusted the number of toes on the feet of the Saurus warriors with the new underworlds warband.

Another variety of greenskin isn't the most creative thing to add to the game, no. But great models are always welcome so let's hope for that!
