Hi people ! So, as pretty much any experienced 40k enthusiast knows it, the 40k backgrounds (and sometimes rules) are rich in internet memes ! I thought it would be funny to share our favorite memes. Here's one that is pretty recent, and that I find quite true.
Love the one from HBMC, never seen that one before.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong: Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other. A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot. Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests. Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books. Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor. Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers. Orks do not have the power of believe.

GW:"Space marines got too many options to balance, therefore we decided to legends HH units." Players: "why?!? Now we finally got decent plastic kits and you cut them?" Chaos marines players: "Since when are Daemonengines 30k models and why do i have NO droppods now?" GW" MONEY.... erm i meant TOO MANY OPTIONS (to resell your army to you again by disalowing former units)! Do you want specific tyranid fighiting Primaris? Even a new sabotage lieutnant!" Chaos players: Guess i stop playing or go to HH.

Brand new shiny guns, still risky, still totally worth it.
Built out of a mono-pose kit where you'd have to cut and re-pose the left arm, get that hand off the same old Tactical Marine ML, and shave the left hand off the plasma rifle to get that pose. Doable, but much harder.

A person would have to shave the left hand of the plasma incinerator and cut at the right wrist. The rest is just using the tactical marine arms like in the demotivation poster. All that left arm in the poster imagine is the one that usually is used to support a missile launcher. Firstborn arms fit pretty well on Primaris if they aren't trying to hold the same object with both hands (like the picture, chainsword and pistol, etc.), and I always say, "A space marine pauldron hides a lot". I wouldn't say it that much more difficult. Defiantly less difficult than hiding the seam split of the front of a plasma incinerator.
Do trust me that Primaris space marines have a lot more posing and can incorporate First born bits better than you seem to think they do.

Oh, absolutely, I've done a lot of swapping parts back and forth between Primaris and old-Marines (better Stalker Bolters for my old-Marine Deathwatch, Primaris Deathwatch with loadouts they're not usually allowed, that kind of thing).
The thing that amused me about the "plasma weapons" model was that the conversion was done purely by sticking parts from the kit together in a different order, you can do that model 100% out of the Tactical kit with no cutting of any kind, which is not true of the Hellblasters.

Good to hear. I get a little sensitive about people calling many of the new models mono-pose. Because there is a huge different between Primaris which offer some even before mild converting/kitbashing and GSC Abberants which even different sculpts look identical and are fairly difficult to convert without green stuff. The Abberant kit really flies under the radar on how poor it is for options. Even I forgot until I built another ten of them and noticed you can't build all of just picks or hammers with just five since the same weapon bit is used for multiple body bits.
