And they have different roles in both armies - Kruelboyz treat them as war animals and mounts, while the Gobbo ones are closer to big tanky dudes, you can even use them as
Battleline with a troll leader.

I'd be down for some new beastmen. They keep popping up in lore, especially in the new Thondria campaign.

They even had some unconventional allies

Seraphon, no doubt, the dangly bits are the same as on plenty of their weapons. One can only hope it's a substantial range update, and not a one-off model.

Yep Seraphon. Warcry war band would be good- I really hope they use war cry for there factions other than chaos- Kurnothi would be a good one as well for realm of Beasts.

I hope it's not warcry. The models are cool, but they're so limiting. I'd rather have an update to older models or a new unit

It would be nice (in my opinion) if Warcry started going down the road that Kill Team did and start including fully customizable new unit kits with a Warcry-specific set of bits.

There is not really any kind of "specialist" unit in WarCry, sadly.

But I do hope like hell that they use WarCry ala KT to tie in an introduction to the new focused realm and do updated/new sculpts outside of a book's release cycle.

Have there been any chariots since AoS launched? I know chaos still has a few legacy chariots, but I can't think of any new ones. (Despite thinking the horn is from a redesigned BoC chariot).

Stormstrike Chariots with the latest release of Stormcast. And in a very technical sense, the Black Coach for Nighthaunt.

Just don't hold your hopes too high; look at the middle one's glyph, it could be a LoV melee weapon as well.

It’s almost definitely Seraphon. It fits right in with the weapons of their newer models, a lot of their weapons already have the same dangly things, and I don’t think it looks like anything we’ve seen on the leagues of Votann so far. I don’t think we’ve seen any melee weapons for them yet, but it looks like a completely different design language.

If its just a cavalry spear, the construction is really awkvard and unneccecary complicated.
Its bonereaper level of silly concept design.

Why would someone make a stone replica of an auspex scanner and use it as one of 3 heavy components at the pointy end of a lance?

My guess, its a laser spear, and the first components is there to generate power, and the spear point focus it to a beam like an eldar fire prism. Would totaly be in line wih the seraphon.

I'm going with AdMech Archaeologist.

It's in the codex and hasn't had a model release yet, aside from Daedalosius in BSF.

Ad mech is the obvious choice, but could be squat too. Don’t know why they’d make a new archaeologist model when there is one there ready to be released.

They can't release Daedalosius without releasing a whole frame of adventurers.
