In fact, now is the perfect time to get started with The Horus Heresy. While many general kits in the range will be moving to plastic, there aren’t currently any such plans for the Legion-specific units or Primarchs. So, if you haven’t yet picked a side, you could do worse than collecting your chosen Primarch or other mighty hero in anticipation of a plastic Legion for them to lead.

Personally, I am not sure what to expect overall. We should see tomorrow the banner with the systems getting previews though!

Are the GW speakers at Adepticon or at home?

Because suddenly I'm looking forward to sleepy-at-2AM GW guys trying to be enthusiastic.

I was expecting / hoping for some previews of Necromunda Ash Wastes. Not sure if Specialist Games usually gets a mention but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I'm assuming at Adepticon, but it might be from home?

The big thing to note is that this will likely be tied directly to the Adepticon seminar they usually do; so we might not actually get a "Preview Show" and instead just a slew of articles shotgunned at us.

That's absolutely fine, less trash to wade through, just pics and information.

The show just seems potentially hilarious if they're out-of-their-minds tired.

That's always the safest way to go. My guess? They show the Tyranids codex and one new model, again. And, maybe, if we're rrreeaallly lucky........they'll show us the new Chaos Knight's foot. Probably the left one.

The one model will be a Primaris Lieutenant. Guarantee it.

Considering Ash Wastes got the teaser at the end of the last event, it's pretty much guaranteed to make an appearance at the next event. Especially if it's as big an occasion as Adepticon.

I'm looking forward to a two hour preview with around 15 minutes of actual content at best.

What has happened to specialist games lately? Seems they’ve nearly stopped previews and, baring the odd blood bowl pitch, nothing since jan :(

I expect to see that Blood Bowl Norse team revealed. They've already shown off the yhetee so I figure it's about time to see the rest.

From what we've seen of Necromunda Ash Wastes it has a strong pipeline for this year.

An optimist might say that Aeronautica Imperialis and Adeptus Titanicus are gearing up for infantry and tanks in 6mm scale, at least 30K Space Marines vs Space Marines. We'll see if that ever materialises though.

But yeah, the rest is pretty quiet. Unless we consider Kill Team part of Specialist Games.

They showed off the Yhetee because someone got sent one by mistake.

But yeah, I think the Norse team will probably be seeing a preview. With no GAMA preview last week, I think the Adepticon one might be a bit heftier than usual.

Was going to make a joke about them showing off a wheel or mutated tentacle instead (to throw people off), and for some reason that reminded me that April Fools is coming up, and post Adepticon Preview its time to stop listening to rumors altogether.

I don't think they are going to show off anything Nid related. That's sort of old news at this point. They've shown off the Parasite and Codex already on Warcom.

I'm going to guess 40k wise it's probably going to show off the Chaos Knight and Chaos Knight codex. If we are really lucky, there may be a CSM sprinkled in somewhere.

Given that there's a big room booked and tickets were up for the GW Preview at Adepticon, I'm thinking it will be live from there... Would be weird if they made folks in the UK telepresence for the room at the con.

Shocking amount of Cursed City
Brief mention of Tyranid codex

I hope everyone get's a look at something that is important to them, or at least as many of the games and units as possible.

Personally, I want to see news about expansions (Heroes and Villain's, hopefully new tiles) for Cursed City. My mates and I have been running a game every day since Friday and we're having such a blast with it. Adeptus Titanicus as well, new models or books! Expanded Epic would be great!
Secondary for me would be to see some Guard reveals or Chaos stuff.

Unfortunately from the recent announcement it doesn’t sound like we will get any Cursed City expansions until later in the year when the base game returns as a regular stock item rather than just a made to order.

I expect it'll be the same as every other preview: One thing for each of the chosen game systems, and that's it.

I doubt it'll be Tyranids - that'd be a real kick in the teeth if it is - so I'm guessing Chaos or Chaos Knights.

We might get Ash Wastes, or HH. I doubt both.

I no longer have a sense for what's 'weird' or 'normal' when it comes to mass events. Zoom still happens.

Have they said what games are getting stuff previewed? Maybe I missed a WarCom article at some point where they said?

Probably Chaos Knights, as they were part of the New Year tease and have been in the rumour engine.

What I expect for Adepticon:
