A couple of resellers have said that Warlord Games are increasing their prices from 1st April:

Seems Warlord is saying the same.

Not great but hardly unexpected. At least the 6% category has the bulk of what you want for an average Bolt Action army, so the impact is kept somewhat low for that game.

Nehekhara lives! Sort of!
Why is the rum always gone?

Not really, sorry, I saw it commented on the Antares FB groups

Kind of annoying, though I feel the sting is kinda lessened by the fact you'll rarely if ever need to purchase a second artillery piece or command team (i.e., those things undergoing an increase of 25%) for Bolt Action or the other games. At the same time, Konflikt kits are gonna got up pretty significantly.

The biggest indicator someone is a loser is them complaining about 3d printers or piracy.

Metal minis are quickly becoming unaffordable/more than I want to pay for anything other than skirmish games.

Their previous shift to US orders paying a minimum of $25 shipping cured me. I wanted to buy a $14 kit, it was going to run me $39.

And while it’s true they comp you a free plastic kit from a list, that list is pretty short and fairly useless unless you are after those specific items.

Likewise.

Even with all the promos, sales and bundles over the last year, I just couldn't make the purchases cost effective enough to order direct. Criminally overpriced when I can pick up most items domestically with deep discounts.

Sure, I'm not going to see newer kits like the Italian Blackshirts for months, but meh, whatever, I've got time and enough unopened product to last me for years.

Ultimately, this price hike doesn't really agitate me as much as GW's as Warlord's stuff (at least Bolt Action) has been mostly affordable and there is still plenty of stock languishing on shelves.

Tin prices have been very crazy the past few years. Just a few months ago tin was almost double the price it was a year ago. Now it's abut 50% higher than it was a year ago but more than double what it was 2 years ago. There's a reason thermoplastics like siocast are being looked at seriously by companies that have traditionally had metal minis.

They ripped me off with my shipping-offset kit: they sent me one sprue instead of the kit with two sprues and bases. I don’t need the bases, but 50% of the miniatures, I miss. When contacted they told me to remind them next time I place an order and they’ll put the sprue in my next shipment. Yeah, I’ll get right on that…

Ugh. That sucks but I appreciate you sharing it. Makes any temptation much easier to fight off.

Well, I guess it's time to file that order I've been pondering recently. No reason to pay 25% more ....

I really like their models but I am out unless someone is EBaying or trading.

Yeah. The only things I'll even consider ordering from them is a big bundle, where the cost is high enough to bump it over the free shipping number. The weird thing is that I could have sworn I'd heard a few years back that they'd opened a US warehouse to handle orders in the Western Hemisphere. But I guess I was mistaken.

They were meant to be opening a warehouse and chain of gaming stores in partnership with Mythicos Studios, but I don't think that ever happened...(link)

They are currently having their 50% off sprue sale.. but the shipping does kill it for me.
