This video cost too much to make for it to be a prank. It's very clearly a new Space Hulk. The prank is to release it on April Fools, but the thing is real for sure.

Maaaybe the Squat bit at the end might be fake as it's very short and seems more lazily done, so it might not be Squat heroes, but it's Space Hulk 100% IMO.

I think it’s a double bluff. Put it out on April Fools, but it’s not an April Fools, play your audience like a fiddle.

That was quite a cool video. At first I thought a) Battlefleet Gothic, thenb) new Space Hulk (loved the Captain pinned to the chair with his own sword) and then c) Squats, of course.

The best option is of course is d) all of the above.

Squat Hulk, it makes perfect sense (and i'd buy it)

I hope it is a double bluff because that would be great. If it's just an April Fool's then fairplay it's a good one.

My suspicion if it is real would be something smallscale with Squat minis and if it sells well then we get a 40k army.

Being animated (kind of) makes me think it's real. IIRC their other April fools jokes were skits performed by Peachy and co., left handed paintbrushes etc.

Cruel? Maybe. Effort? No. Successful or not, they certainly have the animation-people on hand now they are doing it regularly on Warhammer+

That's not a squat it's a new design true-scale Firstborn model.

I mean, if you genuinely believe that GW do leak the stuff on purpose themselves, then it's absolutely easy enough and smart to stick an April Fool in there.

They could bait and switch - actually, we're going ahead with a new faction - the Demiurg!

It's this line that confirms it's a joke for me:

"Tell us what you think you’ve just seen over on Facebook and Twitter right now, don’t even stop to check your calendar."

Double bluff seems really unlikely, I don't think it's a proven marketing strategy to announce something and strongly imply it's not real.

Yeah I think the animation gives me a touch more hope.
