I'm holding out that the Enforcer Tauros will be plastic, The resin turnaround time is a ton shorter than plastic, so why hold up the release if made of resin?

To spread the releases out and keep up interest instead of a big block then nothing. I'd like plastic Taurus, but expect resin since they can reuse 90% of the Elysian version, just swap drivers and guns.

Delaque vehicle I expect to come out as part of an Ash Wastes compendium book as the next rules release before the next narrative or box set release.

The original preview text called the sniper Squat the younger brother. So one of these articles has it backwards.

I have the book, and the Sniper is the older brother

It sort of implies that they aren't cloned like the League Kin are too, so seemingly they don't have an Ancestor Core after all.

Not only do they have an Ancestor Core, but the new book tells us where it is and talks about their father's intention to join it via the "Graven Path".

Gathering the Informations.

New starter+new edition more likely.

They did say not everyone would get a vehicle as part of the Ash Wastes, and the Nomads are a faction that is fluffed as not really going into the Underhive so it's a bit fair.

The Tauros already is in a book. I think that one will be a regular reveal as part of a weekday thing.

Another WarCom article about the Thatos Hab Modules.

https://www.warhammer-community.com/2023/11/08/the-secrets-of-the-ash-wastes-part-ii-more-tricky-terrain-tips-from-the-designer/

I dunno, I still think the tent parts look dorky, but the rest of the set seems pretty well thought out.

having gotten a set of these from the Ash Wastes box they are seriously nice, sadly useless for 40k (as they don't block line of sight very well) but they look good and for Necromunda are great.

wouldn't mind some more if the price is decent and the modularity is good - with a single exception, a lot of the "doesn't need glue!" stuff will rub paint off in no time if you try and not glue it. apart from that its fine - would have worked out well if they have made it in a dark or mid brown plastic

I must admit I really like the look of the Thatos Hab Modules. I have picked some up even though I do not play 40k or Necromunda. I want to put them to use for Core Space/Stargrave/5 Parsecs from Home and maybe even some post-Apoc games at some point. The Ash Wastes element of Necromunda from the habs to the Nomads convinced me to spend money, so well done GW design team. I just wish there were more terrain elements throughout the 40k, Kill Team and Necromunda lines that had skulls and gothic arches as optional rather than mandatory so they could be multi-purpose.

Don't leave us hanging, what is the exception?

I've got the stuff from the Ash Wastes set, I just haven't gotten around to putting it together yet.

By the Emperor, it's a plastic Tauros Venator.

I will say though, that Heavy Stubber looks more like a light Autocannon.

I am surprised.

Also note that this is the first faction specific vehicle box that isn't two copies of one sprue, so it very well might be more expensive despite only being 1 model to the usual 2 or 4. I do wonder if it's engineered so it only takes swapping 1 sprue (crew and guns) to make it an Astra Militarum vehicle.

I wish it had some hull mount fixed weapons options like the ridgerunner.

I think the reason they invested a bit more on this because it can also be used as a medium custom vehicle.

I hope the instructions for these make absolutely no mention of one of the turret options, so that people can forever be asking "What weapon is this?" like they already do with the regular Enforcer kit.

Are enforcers the necromunda faction with the most love?

They got their basic unit, the subjucators, the sanctioners, and this, all in plastic

I agree about the stubbers; I think it’s because they’re normally belt fed, whereas these have box magazines that look like autocannon clips.

It would surprise me massively if they hadn’t put the crew and turret on a separate sprue; it’s a shoe-in to release the chassis later with different crew.

Yep, at least one for my Enforcers and the other for conversion to another gang.

That’s because a heavy stubber is a (very) light autocannon, in the same way a battle cannon (of LRBT fame) is a heavy autocannon.

That reminds me what is the weapon in the turret? Some sort of melta weapon?

They’re concussion cannon. They appear to be inspired (in terms of fluff effects) by the police pulse gun things from the “Minority Report” film.
