Funny enough, its the paintjob on the doctors bag that really catch my attention.

Nice models, and most interresting that they would do these in plastic.

If GW did small campaing boxes with various hangers on and scenery instead of gang members, they would get my money.
Just imagine an "outlaw tradingpost" expansion with loads of grim humor and fun randomness.

Almost treat it in the same way as new Kill Team releases, that would be perfect. A single sprue box akin to the Outlaws set with 4-5 minis, with maybe a few head options etc per model, would be perfect.
The Merchant type hangers on would be a great example, along with an expanded Market set. They really have opened up nicely with these.

Seems a possibility now.

I don’t think I’m being too much when I say the Necromunda range, especially the Hangers On and non-gang affiliated models have received near universal positive reactions. But like many players? I’ve struggled to really justify the Resin prices.

Put even more in plastic? Now you’re really talking my language.

They are very nice, but I hope that the resins aren't getting immediately retired. The female rogue doc is a much better fit for my Escher, and I kinda like the old Slopper more too.

The existing slopper comes with a scabber and the existing rogue doc with a lookout. Not sure what their course of action would be here. Ammo-jack and dome runner are together so that kit must be on borrowed time.

The dome runner has a long las which is not currently an option for them, unless that has changed very recently?

A great set to see and i am like others in that i like the figures by Forge World but not the prices of them.
I can see these being popular with many gamers of sci-fi and similar games and not just 40K related.

Article confirms the next book has updated rules for the Dome Runner, and rules for the Hive Watcher. Oh, and updated rules for the Rogue Doc With Mediskull.

The powers that be will not care right up to the point the plot requires them to care!

This is all a ploy to introduce Primarius Marines to Necromunda when the punitive fleet arrives!

Don't be giving them any ideas now... On the other hand, the Imperial Fists were always linked to Necromunda, so some sort of recruitment 'gang' or even Serfs or Scouts in the Underhive could be a thing. There I go...giving them ideas!

I was just perusing the GW website the other day, and thinking that a Sisters of Battle Novitiate squad would fit in, given that we know they have a chapel in one of the hive cities.

Just a quick PSA.

The existing “Escher” Rogue Doc is currently back in stock at least in the UK webstore. Noticed other posters wondering if that kit might be retired, so figured worth sharing.

Somewhere in Canada

I have a handful of models, mostly for use in 40k- mostly because I just can't afford both and I'm a slow painter. But if I could afford Necromunda in addition to 40k, I'd be all in.

I point out my ignorance of Newcromunda's rules in case I'm WAY of base with what I'm about to say...

But I don't get the complaining about a story "making the game small". In the original Necromunda, we were using Tallarn desert raiders for Ash Waste nomads, there were no vehicles... Though I think a handful of Citadel Journal articles gave rules for bikes that never had models. I don't remember any named settlements in the Wastes or any real details about Hive Secondus.

I get "not liking a story" - but if you don't like it, ignore it and continue to enjoy MASSIVE development of the wastes, Secondus and a vehicle range that's approaching 40k levels of awesomeness.

To say the game is smaller because a plot that you can ignore exists doesn't make a whole lot of sense when everything I wished they had done for the original is finally happening.

I could build a 40k sized army for most gangs in the game now and you think a story makes it smaller than when there were ten metal models for each of ten or so gangs?

Whatever.

Maybe it would make sense to me if I read the books, but I don't think so,

That would be perfect. Change a couple of heads and weapons, give them some sentinels and rhinos, and you'd have a great Ash Wastes gang.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

Ozostium looks pretty undead. Do you think he will be the new Karloth Valois? The things he did to his caryatid is pretty close to necromancy as well? Then all this could lead up to hive Mortis, if we are lucky!

Whatever happened to Palanite weapon sprue? Was there ever a confirmation on whether it was a contamination or because of a missing bolt pistol from the picture?

All at once?
I want most of this stuff, but it's a goodly chunk of change all at once.
Also probably means nothing else for six months or more.

The only difference will be the box art. Which will will now no longer have bolt pistols on it.

I love all of the new releases and will get them all.

Divine Prince may be delayed depending on the price point

The hangers on in plastic will also depend on price. Being done in a box unit style will hopefully keep costs down, if they were at 40K single plastic character prices it would be a hard miss.

With all these characters and the special character going to plastic I wonder if FW is being finally sidelined from Necromunda Characters.

Will have to see how the Palanite Justicars work to see if I eventually get 2 boxes. But will get 1 to start.

Having these dribble out, a couple releases a month would have been much more preferable than having them all drop at once.

They would make a neat IG command squad for some sort of traitor guard or especially scruffy army.
