Total of 2,842 points. I like the idea of the Fulmentarus, but looking at this list, it definitely seems light on bodies.

Unless you're going for kill points games, you're going to lack sufficient board control. As a funny meme list, it's there with the 30 Fulmentaris but firepower only gets you so far and an army with good mobility or a lot of bodies is going to bog you down really fast.

It's in the apothecarian detachment rule. It's worth reading that and techmarine covenant rules thoroughly because it stipulates exactly what they can and can't join and what rules they do and don't inherit

Tldr they can't join destroyers, terminators, dark furies, the golden keshig, immortals or command squads, and they have to have the same type of bike/jump pack as the unit they're joining

I'd allow it.

It's really frustrating the standard apothecaries can't take terminantor armour. You'd think given that they're the elite of the legion they'd be provided some on the go medical aid. It's annoying for techmarines too, but I can't really think of any point where you'd want a techmarine with terminators over any other given squad.


EDIT- Actually, a techmarine would be good on a Nullifactor squad with disintigrators. Gotta make sure you hit whatever you're trying to vaporize.

TBF Apothecaries are a dime a dozen in a Legion. It's not one per company like with modern Chapters, heck the Legion list lets you take eight in a detachment. An Apothecary is essentially just a Tactical Marine who went into medicine. More advanced than the basic line soldier but not enough to get access to that sweet sweet Terminator plate.
