perhaps they could update the Mk.III armor to match the new size of the Mk.VI sprue, and make a breacher squad upgrade kit that can be used with either? since the Mk.VI style builds have separate hands, such a kit could be mostly the shields, with hands molded on so it could be used with either armor.

As soon as they do that, they 'invalidate' the existing Mk III kit. And I can't see them doing 2 different sets of what are basically assault Marines (it's also quite tricky to make optional boarding shields etc that are compatible with both Mk III and Mk VI armour). However, there is no doubt that Mk III is a contender for the most popular HH armour type, and GW would get a lot of sales out of upsized Mk III models.

To be honest, MkIII is the Breacher armour. Canonically designed for exactly the sort of job you need Breachers for.

I for one don’t think I’d even want non-MkIII Breachers.

It would also break up the monotony of nowt but MkVI.

So the Arquitor variants and Super Heavies are all gone from the website. I expect we’ll see those announced in the coming weeks.

Interested to see how they do the Arquitors kit wise.

If they are doing the Fellblade etc in plastic, I don’t see why the Kratos had to be added to the range. It seems unnecessary.

The Arquitor is not an attractive or cool vehicle. And if that’s moving to plastic, then there’s still the Sabre to do. I love tanks (and am looking forward to the Vindy in plastic, as well as the Sicaran variants), but this is too much even for me.

Bright side?

Once all the tanks are out the way, it’s all infantry o’clock. I guess.

Your optimism knows no bounds...

I could totally see them pulling more tanks outta their ass.

But I really, really want fething despoilers/assaults!
