I'm told it's from a rulebook, but I don't recall ever reading it, I assume it's from a very old rulebook. Have any of you ever read it? It would really help me a lot, thanks in advance for your kindness guys, I really appreciate it ??

Battlefleet Gothic for sure, except this bit.
Damage Reduction: 83% front, 66% other
Turrets: Tracking for 50 different targets at a time.
Notes: Cannot be given Come to New Heading special orders. If Lock On special orders is used,
it may increase the range of its lances to 27,000km for that Shooting phase only. However, it will suffer an

I feel this may be a fan update to BFG, using original BFG stats.
Also, whist never an expert in that game? The increasing Lance range makes me wanna say the rules are for the Murder Class cruiser?

its got 12 hits, that makes it a battleship (cruisers had 8, light cruisers 6, escorts just 1)
the presence of a nova cannon limits it to the Imperial Navy (its a post heresy imperial invention, not present on ship types that turned to Chaos), and the heavy lance boardsides (it appears to be auto-translated non-english text, and "lance" has come out of the double translation as "spear") indicate this is a Apocalypse Class Battleship, a pretty uncommon (both in lore and in reality) imperial battleship class. the whole thing about extra range for damage to the thrusters is straight form that ships rules.
the damage reduction thing isnt in BFG, though.

To be a man in such times is to be one amongst untold billions. It is to live in the cruelest and most bloody regime imaginable. These are the tales of those times. Forget the power of technology and science, for so much has been forgotten, never to be relearned. Forget the promise of progress and understanding, for in the grim dark future there is only war. There is no peace amongst the stars, only an eternity of carnage and slaughter, and the laughter of thirsting gods.

Pretty sure the RT RPG uses "Void Units" (grid squares) as its abstracted measurement system, so I don't think that's what we're looking at.

ATTENTION. Psychic tests are unfluffy. Your longing for AV is understandable but misguided. Your chapter doesn't need a separate codex. Doctrines should go away. Being a "troop" means nothing. This has been a cranky service announcement. You may now resume your regularly scheduled arguing.

thanks a lot guys, it would be great if you could trace the rulebook that mentions that text, it's a unique thing, usually in the game there is not such detailed information. Please let me know if anyone has an old rulebook, the first editions, I would really appreciate it, if only to confirm the veracity of the text, but I would eventually be very interested in buying it, in case the owner is interested in selling. Thank you all guys, I really appreciate it

I don't think anyone is going to be able to help you on this. Because we don't know what book it is. Or even what edition of what game it actually is. And if it's something modded by a fan....
Help us, help you. Go back to whoever gave you this info & ask them what book it's from.

Most of it is from the Battlefleet Gothic Armada rulebook, see the image in the spoiler tag. The rules for BFG including Armada are freely available as a pdf if you put it into a search engine, because GW put the pdf up for free on their website for a number of years before discontinuing the game. Various fan groups have kept the pdf available for download.
The other stuff is from an unknown source- as mentioned this looks like fan rules.

The post on the linked page is for an Apocalypse class battleship apparently from BFG magazine issue 14. Maybe the quote is a weird mush mash of game mechanics and fluff.
What do you want to use it for? The Lexicanum and 40k fandom pages on the apocalypse class are pretty well populated.

You won't find it there. The Apocalypse battleship was in the Armada expansion, and all the information on it is contained in the image I posted above. You need to look at Armada.
The second half of the profile you posted is not from BFG. Reading through some posts on the forum, it looks to to come from the derived estimates of a poster on a different forum (Connor McCleod I think, used to do lots of calcs for this stuff, but tended to be on the high end of estimates). It almost certainly is not official canon, but fan work.

the ranges?
its complicated, but based on the designers notes and inferences form things like planet sizes, etc, the BFG game has a rough "ground scale" of 1cm=1,000km. So, a 30cm range weapon in the game would have a range of 30,000km "in reality".
things like acceleration, weapon energy output etc all seem to be just pulled out of thin air to sound cool, though. An aceleration of 680,000 G would give your "slow, clumsy" battleship a 0-lightspeed time of 47 seconds.

Which translates to a range of ~30000km for the Apocalypse lances at sustainable fire ranges, ~60000km for the Apocalypse weapons battery and lances at full power and 150000km for the nova cannon.
All longer than the numbers given above.
