There is rumor that FEC is getting a large range refresh. With them potentially having the Christmas slot I imagine they could get an army box with new kits.

Right now they're 2 and a half kits and a couple of characters. They're not quite Fyrslyrs levels of bad, but they're up there.

I think the current record-holder is that FEC character that eventually got released as a holiday miniature, if this is something similar (i.e. a single character of no particular import) it can easily be years until it gets out

Standing on a ruined statue also says ghouls to me. Symbolic of their fall and madness or whatever.
