I thought I saw someone playing a game with Armiger Knights.

Could've been a vivid Hallucination. I believe I was watching an Adeptus Titanicus game at a Warhammer store, so it all could be my vivid imagination playing tricks on me.

I believe that Forge World produced very expensive resin armigers for Titanicus before LI was released.

Presumably, those resin ones will get replaced by plastic ones that will hopefully be a bit more affordable (and more robust).

Considering all resin weapons for titans have been going sold out, I’m reckoning a new weapon sprue or two, hopefully with head and armour plate variants alongside.

Beyond that, MkIII armour with a new heavy weapon option and specialist weapon, possibly breachers, alt contemptor dreadnought weapons. Finally, Cerberus, Typhon, Scorpius and the like, ordinatus for Mechanicum, maybe some Aurox or Carnodons for Solar Auxilia

Very true, and a good reason why sightings of these does not guarantee they'll see plastic...

From the release of LI? You're right, came pretty quick.

Even on the five years thing, for a specialist game to get a resin to plastic upgrade (sidegrade if it helps avoid nitpicking) is pretty swift.

Plastic Armigers would be great. Personally I think we will get a new legion infantry sprue. A different type of core infantry, different heavy weapons, and maybe the new terminator. Legion superheavys would be great too. Not sure if a new book would support that and what other factions get.
A long shot would be LI 1.5/2.0 rules to.blend with the new HH better. Possible, but seems unlikely.

Personally, I'm hoping it's plastic Armigers. But what do we think the odds are on a new faction like Talons?

I'm betting unlikey. I don't think we'll see them until the 32mm versions are reworked, possibly. I'm betting MKII or MKIII armour marks with weapon alts, maybe dreadnought weapon alts, probably the scorpius, sicaran venator and fellblde. Maybe the Cerberus or Typhon.

No, it goes to Kill Team and Underworlds

Those are reasonable games now if getting into them. Working on the Blooded team at the moment, but I only have Direchasm for when I fancy a quick battle for Underworlds.

Looking ahead to friday, its a bit tricky to predict but it seems GW is working on getting the factions into 30K, so I reckon it'll be a boxset for Custodes and the usual book and card set to use them.

They have a lot of games to get through, so I doubt the preview will be "tanks for Marines, new infantry for solar, lovely walkers for Dark-Mech and Armigers for Knights." - it'll be something straight to the point, and then moving on to the next game. They also have 30K being previewed so I'm guessing Legions will have a different offering to the inevitable marine reveals for 30K.

Or not. Maybe they'll make me spit my drink by announcing a Molech book and plastic Armigers. I can only hope.

Talons for LI would be an awesome release. I'd love to be able to field a bunch of those odd black submarine crafts the SoS have

That's the biggest failing of AT - everything is Imperial barring 2 units of dark mechanicum mechs.

So yes I'd love to see them do demon engines and such. Actually do something that isn't one faction and their allies.

I think AT will have to do it because you can't really make sub-factions of spacemarine legions at this scale. There's just not enough space on the models, esp a lot of the smaller ones where the differences are, to make them stand out.

I'd love to see both side by side - the precursors and then their early corrupted forms.

IF GW are going to dig their heels in and refuse to go to 40K with AT and give us Xenos they can at least give us demons!

Plastic Armigers would already make me do the happy dance. I've a few left of those in resin I couldn't bother to try assembling.
I'd love to see some Ordinatus/Ordinatuses/Ordinatii (?) for Mechanicum/Dark Mechanicum as I absolutely loved the old Space Marine era models.
A new plastic sprue with MK2/3/4 infantry/Tartaros Terminators... would add some variety and would be totally awesome.

I'm not expecting there to be too much in the preview, but I guess you never know.

Mk2/Saturnine doesn't appeal to me and I feel alt infantry sculpts seem like a strange choice when there are still some gaps (marine artillery) and things like Fellblades to do. But I wouldn't be entirely surprised to see it as a tie in with big 30k.

Fellblade seems quite likely to me, we had the 30k kit previewed and I would have thought a "proper" marine super-heavy is bound to be a big seller.

Would love to see Armigers and it is interesting that a lot of the resin for the Titan weapons are showing as out of stock - I've already got most of the FW weapons so a new plastic sprue wouldn't do much for me (unless there were new options I guess), but would still be very happy to see it as more plastic support for Titanicus is always welcome.

Really though, new Reaver weapon arms would be preferable to getting all the existing Warlord etc options in plastic but that's proper wishlisting!

And bring back Capitol Imperialis!

Agreed. If they’re going big with Titans, Ordinatus fits right in.
