First apologies if the title seems a bit misleading click bait. It’s not meant to be, and hopefully I’ve phrased this as a known unknown.

Bit of a score for me this afternoon, as found the two Cursed City expansions in my local FLGS.

They have more on-shelf, but I don’t know where they’ve come from exactly. Could be old stock they put to the front (unlikely as they don’t stock a whole lot of GW stuff) could be an ancient back order suddenly fulfilled. Could be GW clearing out their warehouse and that. Who knows? Not I.

£28.50 each and I now have a copy of each.

May be worth nosing round your FLGS just in case?

Local has three left on the shelves. Whilst I don’t want to clear them out (not the Loot ethos, is it?) I’m happy to grab another set, maybe two if anyone is desperate.

I noticed my flgs has had some copies on the shelf since at least last month. Though that was my first time there so it could be they just never sold

I just got in my MTO of the expansions a couple weeks ago from way back when they did that, so it could be these stores ordered some from that.

Ahhh! That would explain it quite neatly!

GW will also have printed somewhat more than required for the MTO, in case of damage in transit, copies lost in the post, and so on. Once they're happy the MTOs have all been satisfied they may well have simply offered any remaining surplus to Trade accounts.

Come to think of it, yes, I recently spotted Nemesis in my local gaming shop, Alpha Games.

Same here. My MTO arrived about 2 weeks ago.

Someone mentioned that Warcry & Cursed City cross over rules were included in this months White Dwarf, but flicking though it theres just a Soulblight campaign. Is that coming in the next issue?

I'm interested if that's a thing (rules for warcry stuff for WHQ), I REALLY like the WHQ games.

Where the last edition of Kill Team was concerned, Blackstone Fortress was its best "expansion" by far. Solo/Coop/Indoor-Skirmish all in one!

We've got a FLGS that has full compliments because no one wanted it after the controversy.

Personally, I think GW lost an opportunity for greatness. Just think how cool this would have been as a Mordhiem game, on a full table of scenery, with gangs' and evolution.
