When they rereleased the Skullvane Manse as the Warcryer Citadel, I didn't walk, I drove to my nearest game store and bought one right away. I don't get why they can't keep their most awesome creations as evergreen products. Even if it's not constantly in stock, how about every three years, do a run and have some? All the AoS terrain they have on sale right now are eye-searing, faction themed, garbage piles. I don't get it.

Plus, the ROB boards are awful to play on.

Agree to disagree. Keep to your immersion breaking neoprene mats, some of us enjoy our 3D battlefields a little more 3D

You don't find the fact that the entire Realm of Battle is 2" of top soil over millions of skulls to be immersion-breaking?

Honestly the skull-filled crevices ruined any hope of me buying the ROB.

So it was...

Deathknell Watch - Skeleton semaphore

Witchfate Tor and Dreadstone Blight - tower with interior

Skullvane Manse - Structurally unsound observatory

Watchtower - almost plausible medieval building

Yeah the skull pits on that board were such a weird choice, I felt like GW were taking the piss out of us.

Yeah, I have to admit that I prefer my WHFB terrain to be a little more... grounded. I think the last piece of official Citadel terrain I bought for Fantasy was the Warhammer Fortress.
