Ingtaer is there any update on FSG posting on their Events page yet?

Will make the event much easier to advertise once they do, I will put out through the Epic community etc

There has been no further communication from them, I messaged asking a few follow on questions and am yet to receive a response. I will try again shortly.

Just updating to say there s no update... Have messaged FSG again today, I am there in person for a tournament weekend after next so if I get no reply I will speak to them in person.

Still mulling over ideas about the raffle and would appreciate input, my thought is to run it in the good old fashioned way, buy tickets, and have a draw of numbers for the prizes.
Run it here so everyone can take part though it will mean people will have to pay shipping.

I am thinking old fashioned country fair style raffle will be the simplest.

Still some tickets available

So after some attempts to get some additional ticket sales through FB have to say the results have been more than a little disappointing. Other than attracting some absolute sociopaths who crawled out of the gutters to attack our using AI art (and seemingly completely prepared to ignore the context of this being a charity event to raise money for someone dying of cancer) it's got very little traction.

Does anyone have any other ideas or other groups that they can share the event with?

Considering the cause, the very reasonable ticket prices, and that this is a currently a supported game I was expecting these to be snapped up in short order.

Cheers for leading the charge on that and sorry you had to deal with the crap, its always a delight...

There are a couple of other things that will hopefully drive some more interest like some prize support but that is waiting for the new year when I have the funds to buy it available!

So far despite the polling here we only have LI sign ups and three people have not contacted me to sign up so I do not know what is going on with them.

I am also in contact with a Warcry groups TO/EO about having him run a event concurrently but we have a few logistical issues to sort out before that can be announced formally.

I wonder if the raffle portion needs to be divorced from the physical in order to draw more interest and allow wider participation, so far we have 2 companies and 5 people having pledged to provide stuff for that.

I’ll do a post in the Loot Group, see if we can attract some more players.

I also recommend that you contact FLGS and local clubs to see if they can put something up in their Discords since it is a charity event and promotes the hobby.

You may also want to post something on the Lead Adventure Forums (and any other surviving forums) to drive some buzz.
