Loks like a broken power box on it, and possibly the head is welded back on the stick (or its a weird elecric effect?).
Could be a Cavdor jury rigged maul, but I think they would have used more rusty nails and shoe string to pull it together.

BFG has been rumored for longer than AT was, i think its really a matter of time (though id rather see a return of man o war personally). In this case I dont think its really a hint of anything to come, unless the new ork battleship has a giant maul on its prow that it uses to smash enemy ships in close range engagements (which is a thing in man o war, or at least dreadfleet, except i think its a giant hammer on the prow of a bretonnian ship?)

Man’o’War Orcs had Drillas, and the Hulk had massive grabby claws and a massive hammer.

Don’t think I ever faced an Orcy fleet.

And whilst we’re on it? I want Man’o’War and BFG back!

Khorne does not care from where the blood flow, just wants to know who the incompetent pipefitter was that didn't correctly attach the shut off valve.

New Soulblight waggon/cart - one wheel fell off

Honestly its a kit I wish they'd update and the more I think on it the more it should be in Flesheaters. Modern AoS vampires are smart, militant, organised - they aren't poking around random graveyards and having to sneak about. They don't go to war with wonky wobbly carts

Ghouls though - ghouls would and they'd see it as a fine chariot!

It might just be the angle but it looks like a flanged wheel as if it were off a mine cart or similar.

Honestly its more likely a turn wheel off a valve or similar piping system. Just based on the curved sides of where the spokes connect with the outer wheel.

My guess is new grot tanks, confirming "codex: grot uprising" as the narrative villain/threath of 11th edition.

You're not, the studio models are printed so they can have them painted before the molds are finished.

I just looked at a YT review of Cenobium, that's quite shocking. I assume it would only apply to resin products though due to casting process.

I’m guessing a chaos marauder/darkoath for today’s topknot.

Most factions have models that sport them. From marines to eldar. The spike bits woven in are what says chaos to me.

Could also be dark eldar. Or a bunch of fantasy units.

Scalewise, it certainly seems to be goblin-sized to me. Maybe some Old World plastic replacement for the metal characters.
