So I did say that it was very, very, very unlikely that I would be able to finish this project before the deadline. 1000+ pieces and three quarters of them needing replacement.

Here was my progress from the last week or two.








You can see the two bridge rifles on the radar housing.

Now I am doing some work tonight...I will not get to weathering or rigging. But this will show I had a busy summer.

I won't be able to finish my entry in time due to some things in real life that require my attention. I'm glad I participated though, as it motivated me to nearly finish half of my BA Combat Patrol box set.

Here's what I've finished so far!

Blood Angels Combat Patrol

I didn't even fully finish my test model, so I'm gonna do the graceful thing and bow out. Lots of others got some neat stuff done over the summer, and I did too, but not my entry for this thing unfortunately.

Wooo! I did it, threw the last coat of varnish on the cats earlier in the day and just took the photos now (totally not at 1 in the morning) that it is cured enough.



The last one is kind of cheating, I just wanted to see what the full army I've done so far looked like together, but the other 4 images are just various views of the 15 models I actually got done. Considering my paint pace I'll consider it a victory.

Is everyone in? I’ll try to get the vote up this weekend.

No worries, you are fine. I’ve picked up some little gift from Nurgle, so am running behind. Don’t forget you can add more pics if you want for this round. We doubled the normal limit.
