Is the inside detail of the cloak or sculpted or painted on?

I like it, but I like most of the new Chaos models.

He's bald and screaming.. he has one ear and only one eye too.. oh and he's turgid too.

You can't scream in a helmet. It echoes and muffles the sound outside.

Cool model, will likely go to GD LA this year.

Meh. It's nice, but not as "Whoa" as the GD minis usual are.

Looks like the helmet is raising an eyebrow.

I like it. Definitely better than the current chaos lord holding two axes.

Yeah the eye's on the helmet are odd. The cloak has an odd, un-natural shape to it. The shins are different sizes (could be the angle but sure doesn't look that way). Honestly looks to me like a newhire sculptors test model, pretty meh imho compared to the other new chaos metals.

Nice model, haven't had a good Games Day model since Archaon on foot.

looks pretty good, but GW should leave that NMM crap to Rackham, and use metalics for, well, metal.

I like it, excepting the stupid shoulder spike which they insist on adding to every single evil fantasy model.

You know, I rather like the non-symmetric look of the guy, what with the different eyes, different leg armors, ect. I'd smooth that odd angled point along what would be the right edge of the cloak. Make it into more of a smooth curving flow or something. Otherwise, I can really dig it.

But yes, he's pointing/raising one weapon, and I'm sure he's screaming.

I like it! It looks like it would take minimal alterations (mostly the legs) to make the first ever non-beer-gut Beastlord. But it also looks like it would take significant alterations and still work.

I like the asymetric helmet. It looks like it could easily be painted to represent:
A) An inartfully made piece of equipment (which IMHO Chaos needs far more of)
B) Something that was once artfully made, but has seen so much damage that it looks a mess
C) Something that is slowly warping via the power of Chaos and while it's not yet a fluid face made of metal, there is a hint of expression there.

Why does GW insist on just retreading and retreading the same areas for their GD minis? There are certainly other popular topics they could do. Hell- a troll would be popular :p A daemon? A guardsman? A Necron?

I think its pretty cool. Don't know if I would keep all the spikes on his helm, but that is not a big deal.

Oh and for those of you who don't like how legs are different sizes should realize that there is a reason for that. If you look the leg armor is different on each leg.

I think thats cool. I makes me think of him not having enough time to get his own perfect suit of armor. Or maybe he just doesn't care enough. Either way I think its cool.

Last GD I went to it was a Black Orc big boss with a double handed axe, which was a very cool model.

But this model is pretty cool, if the helmet's a bit weird. I think I'd have to give it a head swap before I was happy with it.

Didn't you get the memo? Evil cloaks have un-naturals shapes and blow forwards instead of back.
