And that was actually holding in the end zone too. Each side has ample penalties to bitch about.

I'm not satisfied with the ending. That wasn't a fumble. There should have been a hail mary.

His feet were pretty obviously in. Both dragged. That said I was hoping for some sort of hail mary super play, rather then a game ending fumble.

Harrison wrestling that one dude was the best part.

How were the commercials?

Arizona took too long to find their playmaker. He totally torched my Panthers, and they didnt get Fitzgerald the ball until almost halftime.



The commercials weren't all that. The Sobe 3D commercial was better than the movie trailer that was in 3D.

Some were worth a chuckle, but overall...meh.

The Transformers trailer looked pretty, though.

Transformers+Movie= brain bubbling out the ears...

Holmes clearly had both feet in. He never left the ground...he went up on his toes.

The fumble by Warner was reviewed and determined to be a fumble. They said the ball was wobbly before he tried to throw it. The QB has to have complete control of the football for it to be an incomplete pass.

I think Harrison went after that guy because he was trying go after his knees. Total punk move...I'd probably flip out too.

I was ot on Saturday for our local Rock Night. And there I met the lovely Giada. We got on rather well, and continued on to the Pitcher and Piano.

When we were chucked out at closing time, we swapped numbers, and I had been hoping to spend yesterday and today with her. Sadly, somewhere between the Bar and Home, I managed to lose my phone with her number on it.

Bah! New phone bought, Facebook message sent to all contacts, and hoping I can find her that way.

Me and a few friends stayed up to see it as we do every year, don't stay up for what little other games are shown here as they're on till four in the morning.

But yeh, great game, not as good as last years. As far as that result I'd say if Harrison hadn't made the interception and scored just before half time they would have took the game from there.

Also does anyone else agree that a 45 minute break at half time totally sucks the momentum out of the game? I mean they may as well have held it the week after because the third quarter only picked up the pace until it was almost over. I know you guys like to throw it up as a big event and have your bruce springstein and the like etc. but i can imagine the players hate it.

Fitzgerald said the longer halftime helped them figure out how the Steelers were defending him. So in their case, it helped them.

On the contrary, I'd think the players all feel more refreshed for the biggest game after a longer break.
