I have about 3000 points of dark eldar, and 3000 points of orks. I've never played apocalypse and have no desire to, but I try and have full squads of things to try out from time to time, to change up my usual 1800pt lists. Ard Boyz was the largest army I've ever played in one go.

At an Apoc game in columbus at Origins Game Fair, we managed to get 96k points on the field. ONE player personally brought 23k in Imperial Guard/Titans.. so, he probably counts as the largest army I have seen.
Made my 5K points in Space Marines look small.

I could probably get up to between 6-8k of Apoc CSM, depending if you would let me say my regular CSM were PM's
Probably have about... 3k of normal game IG?
Though I am not sure, as I have not actually priced up all my models for all my armies.

Painted, or unpainted?
Painted, I can field over 12k of orks, over 8k eldar, 8k chaos marines, and 10k of chaos daemons.
Unpainted, I can probably push the orks to about 16, and the chaos daemons to 14k.

After selling my 5k of Space Marines, I'm sitting on around 12k of Emperor's Children. All Slaanesh, no plaguemarines .
Only about 2000 painted to an acceptable standard, though. I've been lazy, and was painting that 5k of marines I sold up until last year.

I've got a good 4000 points of Crimson Fists, and a little over half of that is painted. Best part is that about 90% of these models are vintage, from RT or 2nd ed I can field about 2500-3000 points using the standard FOC
Probably got about the same amount of Space Wolves, on account of so many kitted out Wolf Guard. Once again, about 2500-3000 playable points.
Right now I have 1500 points of Orks. I'm painting each squad as I build them, so it's only about 400 points so far. The other 1100 are still on their sprues, awaiting assembly and paint.
I've got about 200 points of Catachans. They're not getting off the ground anytime soon.

Well, to be perfectly honest my army is not even finished yet. but i think i could bring it up to 2500 point's but.
I'd rather keep it to the tourny worth 1850 maybe popping in another team of marines to balance it to 2k.
I want to have my army fully covered with apc's
so Rhinos for the Noise Marines and a Land Raider for my termy's
This said and my mind change's every 5 minutes

I have a bit over 4000 points of Tyranids.
I can fit a surprisingly large amount of them in a 40k list, and all of them in Apoc, although a fair number of spore mines (some Meiotic FW ones!) would be included.

Ig: 8000pts painted (non apoc), another 2900 unpainted. Maxed out for Apoc I can drop 12k with ease.
SM: About 8k, of which 6k is painted
Eldar: around 10k, but less than 3k painted.
I also have about 1000pts of inquistion stuff.
