The
AoBR box is great for its price. You get the mini-rule book, templates, and some models with great sculpts.
So far I've been using the Space Marine models for
"Can Opener" and
"Crazorback". Now I'm going to use the Ork models for my first Ork army.
The make up of the army will mostly utilize the
AoBR boxes (3 of them). I'll add to them some Battlewagons and a Thraka model.
So we're looking at an army of Slugga Boyz, Nobz, MegaNobz (the warbosses for
AoBR), Thraka, and Battlewagons.
So far I've put together 2 AoBRs worth of Orks.
Here are the sprues from
AoBR.
Here are some of da boyz. They are leaning against the desk so that they can stay up while the glue sets.
More slugga boyz... a couple of them with big shootas.
here are the Nobz and Boss... I like the variety you get in the look of the orks.
Even though these models didn't have any alternate options they still look great and were fun to put together.
This guy is just awesome... he's got the 2 B's going for him... Big and Bad...
These were fun to make... I think I like them better than the metal ones... not that I've bought the metal ones but these just look cooler.
