So the plan is to make these weapons on scale with a demon prince. I would also like to make them interchangeable however im not really even sure where to even start on this project. Im kinda drawing a blank. Ideas very appreciated.

The plastic DP box set has a few swords and things in it at a good scale for them, so you could use those as a base for a conversion.
If you wanted to make them interchangeable you could chop off the weapon hand at the wrist and have a magnet there so you can arm the DP with either weapon. Would just take a little greenstuff to make the join smooth when the wrist is attached.
Yeah im looking at the sword in the demon prince kit and i think ive got an idea. The mace is really whats troubling. Ive been looming at different kits and cant seem to find a suitable match

You could check some of the fantasy units. I don't think that Ogres are too much smaller than the dp. They might have a large mace or club that would make a good base.
