I can't stand to eat them but when my daughter declares that we have to have Halloween pumpkins then daddy gets out a copy of Waagh da Orks and gets da choppa to work.
So post up your seasonal veg based faces to scare away evil spirits.

I have a bunch of clay working tools from when I took a ceramics class at college. They do wonders on pumpkins, gets the guts out. Particularly a pair of thin, metal ovals with one side straight, one smooth, one serrated. Google "clay scraper" to get some pictures.
This year we did a LEGO head pumpkin.
