Due to some very nice work by cody20 in this thread, a number of us dakkanauts have been exposed to a new skirmish game, Bosky's Dinosaur Cowboys. I haven't tried it out yet, but I'm excited to get some friends together and do so. I'm starting this thread so we can discuss all the many miniatures available to use for this game or other thematically related ones, both cowboys and dinosaurs. I'll try to compile the options to this post when it's convenient.

So, what we have so far. Vast quantities of pictures are spoilered.

Black Scorpion Miniatures has a variety of old west minis. Here's a small sampling of their rather extensive line:
Spoiler:

Malifaux's Guild minis, especially the gunslingers.
Spoiler:

Reaper Minis has a few valid search terms. Again, a smattering of their selections. There are plenty more.
Spoiler:

The game's setting is also technically in the future, with various modern and futuristic weapons available, so other options could be considered too.

Spoiler:

To transition, Reaper also makes a few dinosaurs.

Spoiler:

2 New ones are on their way!

Tamiya also makes some dinos.
Spoiler:

Happy Hen Toys sells the Papo line of pre-painted toys.

Spoiler:

And to round it all out for now, there's Studio McVey's Ruby, which seems to be almost a perfect fit for the setting.

Spoiler:

Edit- More minis!
Another dino skirmish game called Try to Survive! has some appropriate minis at a smaller, 15mm scale.
Spoiler:

Going back to the 28mm range, Mega Minis has a ton of options ranging from modern civilians, fantasy minis, sci fi offerings, to aliens and robots and more.
Spoiler:

Jonah Hex Heroclix!
Spoiler:

Acheson Creations makes some true 28mm-scale dinos. Unfortunately not many of them have pictures up. Those that do look pretty nice though. It also appears that they make some pretty cool terrain.

Spoiler:

The Carnegie Museum of Natural History had quite a few dinosaur toys. They may be close to 28mm scale.

Spoiler:

Dark Sword Miniatures has a few dinosaurs, along with a range of fantasy miniatures (Including Game of Thrones minis! And anthropomorphic cute fuzzy animals.) I'll give them a good plug because they give me my speedpainting fix at GenCon.

Spoiler:

Ral Partha makes a few dinos.

Spoiler:

VOID has another perfect combo of people riding dinos. Plenty throughout the ranges, and these are but a few of the options.

Spoiler:

And Warzone as well!

Spoiler:

More more minis!
And now we have Artizan Designs, a European company with a ton of historical minis and a number of pop-culture ones too. The applicable ranges would appear to be Wild West and Thrilling Tales.

Spoiler:

Silent_Spectre Studio (S3 Minis?) has a couple sci-fi cowboys that would be appropriate.

Spoiler:

I'm sure I missed some. Please post your own finds here to share with everyone, and I'll try to keep this post updated with everything we find.

Be sure to check the Void and Urban war lines ( http://www.scotiagrendel.com/Products/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=59 ) for dinos with riders. They have ones that look western, military, and greco/roman. Also, warzone ( http://www.princeaugust.ie/target_games/index_warzone.html ) has a some.

Here's some of mine.

Warzone Bauhaus leader (don't recall the name) modified with some SM parts

Void 1.1 Junkers Mounted Enforcers.

Void 1.1 Junker Sandrunners (I've got 3 of these done and 4 left to paint.

Void 1.1 Commando Scout Sgt

Shameless plug, I've also got a few leftover Dino Riders for sale.

Hey I'm happy to see more posts about Dinosaur Cowboys!

Lots of good materials here, so I thought I'd add a few.

First of all anything from the Reaper Mini Chronoscape line is perfect, a few of which I saw you already had. For example they have a great big game hunter figure:
Spoiler:

I've only used Papo dinosaurs so far and have been impressed with their quality and detail. They remind me of the Jurassic Park movies for sure. In terms of scale they aren't too bad either:

So far I've just been proxying my existing collection of sci-fi figures and general 40k leftovers, but cody20 definitely had the right idea with his fully cowboy Posse from the ground up.

I've seen some nice conversions so far, the most memorable and an early inspiration was from Hexxenhammer:
Spoiler:

There are 4 Allegiances (aka factions) in the game, and they vary enough that you don't have to do just cowboys. The Allegiances are Duster (classic cowboy), Neotechnoist (wimpy guys with high tech stuff...they've always reminded me of the Van Saar gang from Necromunda), Savage (basically primal hunter-gatherers, so cave men and old indian figures would work), and Bandit (generic guys that can catch all the leftover figures).

It's funny because this genre is such of a small world, as I had posted a bit ago about that game and figures, which is a Dutch game called Try to Survive (and the forum post where I found out about it).

PS: Unrelated but awesome images in your gallery bubber.

The heroclix Jonah Hex battle pack is a good source for some figs as well:

I found these guys at my local dollar tree for $1 each, there's also a bronto but he's pretty small. The rex/ceratasaurus can be used as a "raptor" dino as it's about the right size for medium, all these guys are as they're too big for mounts but too small to be L or XL.

Here's a size comp between all of them...

...& a size comp between the carnivore & a space marine.

If you wanted to go a bit cartooney, Megaminis has re'released the hick'ish figures from the "Scarlet Bretheren" faction of Shockforce.

2/3 of the way through this section. http://freeboardgamesnow.com/moderncivilians.aspx They've been renamed "Moonshiners"
Available individually or as a set.

The set as a whole doesn't appeal to me, but there's a couple of figs in there that I may pickup with my next MegaMinis order. At $2.50 a fig, how could I not?

The Papo dinosaurs are larger than 28mm. These two sites have dinosaurs that are closer to the heroic scale:

Acheson Creations

Carnegie Museum of Natural History Webstore

This based off what they've got listed online, I haven't ordered from either of them, so YMMV.

The guy on the bottom right has the most insane name I've ever heard of for a mini. And it goes with his look so well.

I wasn't quite sure if this was the proper place, but I wanted to show my support by putting up some WiP of my posse:
The Dust Bowl Drifters

The Drifters were formed by outlaw Tyler Blake in Southern Oklahoma. They're a band of hired guns who are well known & feared for their callous nature. They aren't really BAD guys, per se, but they sure aren't the good guys either.

Tyler Blake, a former caravan guard & merchant guild soldier, he's a West Texan with a quick temper & an even quicker draw. Local legend is that he's gunned down 15 men, including lawmen, bounty hunters, bandits & outlaws. Ask him, he'll tell you to mind your own damn business. Blake knows of his own dislike for killing, especially cold-blooded murder but that doesn't stop him taking contracts to do so.

Silas Martin, a drifter from where, he won't say. Martin threw in with Blake a few months back after a situation in a saloon in Odessa invoving a card game. He found himself with a gun to his head after a trike drover accused him of cheating. Martin's bullwhip disarmed the man but also cost the man an eye which wound him up in the local jail. Blake, having seen the whole thing, put up the fines to get him out in exchange for him signing on with the Drifters til his debt was paid off. Martin has an aggressive nature & is very much in it for #1. He's always itching for a fight & isn't afraid to shed blood. Many's the time Blake's had to tell him to leave the dynamite.

Wallaby Jones, hailing from the Land Down Under, he comes from a long line of poachers & bushmen. When the continent of Australia was mostly drowned in the great floods, his great grandfather caught a ship for America hoping to hunt some of the dinosaurs that had begun to roam the lands. He hired on with the Drifters when they passed through California hunting down Tom Mulligan, the man responsible for the Texarkana Christmas Eve Massacre. They passed through Shasta into mountainous terrain, knowing that Mulligan would be holed up in the mountains he offered Blake his skill with a rifle seeing as the Drifters were all pretty much gunslingers.

Pablo Ortega, a Mexican outlaw & former gun-runner, Pablo rides with Blake due to owing him his life. A gun deal went sour in Albuquerque with the local drug gang, the Esperanzas. They reneged on the agreement when time came to pay & gunned down his crew. Pablo ran into the desert & stumbled upon the Drifters camp. When the Esperanza enforcers found them & demanded Pablo, Blake told them to go pound sand. A vicious gunfight erupted in which two enforcers lay dead at the cost of Blake's gunsmith. Pablo volunteered to take his place in repayment for saving his life. The situation earned Blake the enmity of the Esperanzas, making Albuquerque one more place he's not welcome anymore.

Obviously they're not done but I really wanted to get in on this. I'm posting here because the link here from cody's posse says post your finds, posses, etc.

Thats not a dinosaur though! Its a synapsid! Its more related to mammals than reptiles! Sorry, I never ever get to talk about ancient earth life very often

Zefig, they're a major mish-mash of parts from my years of gaming. The reason most of the faces look so-so is they're from the heroclix line & most of their figures are kinda blah on detail but all the other heads I have are WH40k which are way too big lol

@kenshin620: Papo did a version but I think it's too small. Here is a way too thorough review with pictures. I think it would still look pretty cool with 28mm though.

@Red_Starrise: Terrific work on the Dust Bowl Drifters! I'm so happy to see another fan made posse. I'm really digging the consistent red scarves/arm bands that really help tie them together. The backstory for each member is cool too. I'll post them up on the blog tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing them in some games!
