Is 'Eavy Metal Calling?

I threw this squad together from a CSM box, and it's my first real attempt at modelling with green stuff.
Damned Sergeant: This guy had the flames and bones sculpted on. The mace is from the DA veteran kit, I think:
Up next, the Meltagunner. Again, flames and most of the bone was sculpted. Dagger from Black Ark Corsairs:
Multi-Melta gunner, converted from a Heavy Flamer. Ribcage and other bones/flames sculpted:
Legionnaire with Bolter. All flames and bone.... You get the idea
Legionnaire with Bolter and Chainsword (I know, not WYSIWYG, but rule of cool):
Group Shot!
Any comments appreciated, particularly interested in feedback on the conversion as I have another squad to do. Thanks for looking, and there are more angles in my gallery.

Can you get more light in the photos? It's kind of hard to see some of the details.
But overall it looks good.

Unfortunately, these were the brightest place I could get photos in a decent light. Anywhere brighter and the glare was washing out the pictures completely. I'll try and get some better ones if the weather/light permits it.

Those are awesome, if I ever bother with my remaining space marines, i'd like to do something like this. Do you have plans to do more?

I always like to see conversion work.
These are really good, and good choices of colors. I agree that the lighting makes it hard to see details, but from what I can see, everything looks great.
Hard to tell from the pictures, but the only thing I would change would be to dry brush a very very very light layer of a brighter silver on the first guys chain mail loin cloth. Not much, but a little bit to bring out the links a little more.

Cheers guys!
@Grim: Five more coming up, but I'm leaving it for a couple of days as these guys are pretty labour-intensive with the sculpting.
@GamesEct: Good idea on the highlights, somehow I missed that first time round (I think I was focusing on the flame effects too much).
I'll have a play with lighting setups today, see if I can get some better shots.

Looking good, thou some better pics would help.
Over all inspiring to see some conversion in your Legion of the Damned, I am busy working on my own and have done very little converting but rather have just painted them in LotD colours and glued on some nicely cut spare skulls from my Tomb Kings set.

Heresy. Pure heresy.
Legion of the Damned made out of Chaos bits?
Next you'll be converting the Emperor himself from the Great Unclean One
That said, it looks nice. Considering they're dispicable heretics.
Also Para, you've actually posted some photos of your own models

40k good guys: Bad guys: Ah, I love this setting.... I've been converting from Chaos bits from day 1. I have Chaplains with chaos skull helms, Wolves with Berserker chainaxes, even an inquisitor in Chaos Terminator Armour (although in fairness, he's on the path to the Dark Side...). It comes from having a brother who had a CSM army, spare parts galore! The Emperor... GUO... Just what my Horus Heresy Fists need! Yeah, there's a fairly random collection of stuff in my gallery now, of varying quality of paintwork and photography. I need to go and re-take some of the pics as/when I can get a better lighting setup.
