Raging Heroes wrote:What have we been up to?
November 22, 2011
Some have quite rightly been wondering why have we not posted any recent updates? Truth is we've been crazy working on getting 10 new minis out, but it's taking a lot of hard work! We've also been expanding our retailers' network, now over 50 shops in 13 countries! And we're gearing up to our move into new offices on December 1st.
So, about the minis... The first one due out is one that many have been asking for a long time: the re-edition of the very special Flag Bearers Eleriel&Alaniel. If you've read their background on our the Eleriel&Alaniel Limited Edition version, you already know that these two are twin sister elven princesses snatched and enslaved by Asharah. This new version benefits from a completely resculpted new flag and the incredible level of sculpt crispness that you've come to expect from Raging Heroes!
We just received the master yesterday. It's always a special moment to finally hold what until now has been a virtual sculpt. And this time, we've been even more impressed by the size and the presence of the mini. We'll add images in the next couple of days.
But things may change for Asharah as we are about to release the miniature of Eleriel and Alaniel's mother, the elf queen, riding atop a magnificent Phoenix.
Stay tuned for more info on the other minis we're currently working on: the Seven Sins, the CyberWolves, and more...
Raging Heroes wrote:First glimpse at Gluttony
November 22, 2011
Here is Gluttony, the first of our Seven Sins characters.
The sculpt below is still a work-in-progress, but the overall look of the character is there.
The sculpt shown here is for the Legendary, demon-sized version.
Our plan is to have no wings on the Heroic, human-sized version.
However, Heroic Gluttony will have a mast attached to his back on which a cage will hang, holding one of his victims.
We are still undecided about having the cage on the demon-sized version. You can get a better feel for this on the concept below.
As always, we are very interested in your comments, especially about how you would see him in a Sci-Fi version, what kind of equipment/accessories/enhancements you'd like on him, etc.

You don't like naked beauties?
You don't like over-the-top minis?
You don't like billowing fabric caught in magical winds?
You don't like something that looks reaaly different from the rest?
Thank this mini is not for you!
After many many requests, Eleriel & Alaniel are finally back in a new version.
This unique miniature will make a one-of-a kind standard, great banner or objective marker in your army.
Total height is 11cm
She will be available around December 15. Pre-orders are now open!
Together with Heroine Asharah and The Musician Moloss & Minion,
they make an out-of-the-ordinary Command Group.
Below you'll find the render of the 3D sculpt, and 2 photos of the master (note the amazing level of details of the ladies' jewellry!).

I like the pack models way more than the pack leader... but as that'd be a one-off model in an army for a character, that's OK. These are pretty good, imo... like everything of theirs, high quality, interesting style, and pricey.

Who wants an Orc Warmaster?
Raging Heroes, February 17, 2012
Here is our next upcoming mini, a large Orc warmaster (more images below):
We could even say he is very big. At this point in time he is scaled to be 31mm to the eyes, this means that he would be around 35mm if he was standing straight (but we can always scale him down if you think he is too big…).
His total height is round 75mm but he fits perfectly on a 25x25mm square base.
Please note that this is still a work in progress. There are still some details to finish like the decapitated dwarf head in his hand that needs some work.
We are also working on a SciFi version that will have a big gun in hand instead of the dwarf head.
Since we're not finished yet on this sculpt, we are very interested in your feedback, ideas and suggestions. Please let us know what you think in the comments below.
Should be finished by Monday, so get your feedback in soon:

I really love this line and I have a few of their models and I love the design and the expression and action. Can't wait to see the full ork.
If I was going to collect models simply for painting and displaying, this is the line that peaks my interest the most. If I had more time to paint, I would probably collect the whole range.

Small update: After the release of the GW Thunderwolves, Raging Heroes adjusted the price for their Cyberwolves:
Raging Heroes wrote:Amazing deal on the brand-new Cyberwolves!
With all the frenzy about Sci-Fi wolves at the moment, after a heated debate, we made the hard decision to sharply drop the price of our Cyberwolves to be closer to our competition (even if ours are much bigger resin minis). So, with Raging Heroes Cyberwolves, this is what you get:
PRICE: Pack of 3 + Pack Leader (4 wolves) works out to 70,90€, so about 60£, US$94, CDN$93, AUS$87...
And because we believe in fairness, those who pre-ordered at the previous prices can get a store credit for the price difference, just by asking for it!
MATERIAL: Ultra high-quality resin casts by one of the best miniatures resin foundries in the world!
SIZE: Big! Think bigger than a juggernaut!
DESIGN: 'nuff said. No galloping squirrels here...
CYBER add-ons: Actually look like they can bear heavy-armored warriors.
In a rush to have them? Grab them now, the first run is for 100 units, next run will start in 2 weeks.

I think it would look pretty awesome with the banner horizontally held from the gun's hand too-just thought I'd offer a different perspective. I love that model though
