Wizards of the Coast made starship deck tiles for their Star Wars minigame. I picked them up both for Star Wars and for my long-planned Teh Space Emporer vs Horus O'Herasy game.

Any idea how many packs you might need to accurately(or upsized for newer termies) reproduce the average Space Hulk layout?

How do you feel the cardstock will stand up to use and abuse?

Man, I wish there was a real Black Library where I could get a Black Library Card and take out Black Library Books without having to buy them. Of course, late fees would be your soul. But it would be worth it. - InquisitorMack |

Can't say as I don't own any. Reviewers on Amazon compare them favoriably.
They're quality products, the cardboard is laminated with a bit of texture so they won't slide around (unless of course you put them on a rug like I did...) and the art is good. They're double sided, with things like bottomless pits, elevators, stairs, control panels and the like printed on them.

I only played SH once or twice and never owned it so again, hard to say.
My 1 set seems to cover a 2'x3' area fairly well. Wiht new termies taking up twice the space of old ones you'd probably need 2-3 to make a good layout. Personally I plan on ending up with 4.

They look a little... bare...
I suppose their benefit is you can make big rooms. I've got all the old Space Hulk stuff and the largest room is usually 4X6 or 5X%. Only a couple of the really big pieces from the Genestealer/Deathwing expansions gave you good-sized rooms.
