I'm sure this is already addressed, so I apologize for being unable to find the answer, but will the 15mm Leviathans/Mortis-s be available for ordinary purchase in the future? Or should I bite the bullet and buy one now, if the possibility of them being available down the road is slight? I really want one, but am pretty tight on funds right now...

Much obliged if anyone can help on this question!

I wonder where the first stage of items is in the production phase. To ship out to us in November, they'll need to be on a boat for the US soon.

It might slip to early December... as long as I have mine by Christmas, I'll be very happy

catharsix, the main advantage of buying now, imo, is being able to get the separate arm weapons. There's no guarantee those will be offered later- in fact, it's very possible they will only be offered on the leviathan chassis they were intended for.

Poda, I already added your squad of Valkir to my pledge. I haven't sent you a request for money yet because I was moving between computers.

I get a message that says my account isn't yet activated or is blocked. Is that just because the manager isn't active until the 1st?

Got an interesting email from kickstarter today.

Project Update #68: Sprue layout and change to 20man Stormtrooper set
Posted by Mark Mondragon Like

I wanted to get your feedback and approval on a change to the 20man Stormtroopers set.

What I am proposing is adding more rifle arms to the 20 man set so that all twenty figures can be equipped with rifles. This would not remove any of the options that were listed but expand the options with additional rifles and enough drum magazines to make them all support weapons if you choose.

Why do this?

1) This will allow me to use the same sprue set up as the 10 man rifle squad. From an economic standpoint this would make the most sense.

2) This will allow you to have all twenty equipped with rifles or twenty support weapons if you choose.

If this looks like something you would like, I may modify the accessory pack to remove some of the additional rifle arms as they will no longer be needed. If there is space on the accessory pack sprue I can use that for other options.

Let me know your thoughts.

So it sounds like they are still making changes to the sprue. Fine by me though I don't think we will get these by November, but im not in a rush. As for changes to the sprue, here is what I would like to see.

Assault rifle type weapon. The guns they have are just too long for modern battlefield.
Targeter on the rocket launcher.
Flamethrower
Officer helmets.

Huh, Surprised this was not the layout all along tbh!

If the sprue has not been sorted out yet, we would probably see stuff shipping December time which works fine for me. I always doubted that he could get them to us in November as it seemed too soon, especially if the parts have not been sorted yet!

I also had another look at the accessory sprue in closer detail. Never noticed it came with a pistol and the grenades. Cool!

Its kind of a strange set up though. Now all your guys have these squad automatic weapons. Something more compact between the big rifles and the submachine gun makes more sense to me. Even if they just cut down the length a little it would be fine.

Two comments from Mark on the KS page for this update:

I spoke with Wai Kee about the expected delivery yesterday. He said it will be close but he still anticipated it hitting the US in late November. My gutt is telling me that it will be closer to early December. I will not know one way or the other until the boat is on the water, that’s why I have not posted an update... I just don’t know yet.

So I guess it depends on how quickly the factory makes the stuff, and perhaps how long the shipment sits in Customs once it gets here. A quick Google search says it takes about two weeks for a cargo ship to cross the Pacific. I wonder how many sprues the equipment can make per hour?

It’s too late to add anything 'new' I can only add more of the same items that have already made it through the mold draft/split steps.

So, too late to add anything new to any of the Stage 1 sprues (including the accessory sprue), so while I would have liked a flamethrower or other weapons added, I'll just have to settle for the rest of the awesome I'm already getting. Oh well.

I can understand that. Just don't forget to claim what you've already pledged for. I'm sure Mark would love the free money, but I bet you would like the models more.

Aren't all pledges accounted for money wise? I thought the pledge manager was just to make sure you get what you pledged for, or to add more stuff to your order.

My payment was drafted almost immediately after the kickstarter ended.
