Originally I tossed MoN on everything, warptime on the prince, etc, etc and I got to within 60 points of 1750. But I think with the models you posted it's better to strip down to a solid 1500. Here's my take (not too different, you'll notice):

HQ
Demon Prince - MoN, wings = 150

ELITES
5 Terminators - 4 combi-meltas, reaper autocannon, powerfist = 205
5 Terminators - 5 twin lightning claws, AC = 210
> Land Raider - extra armor = 245
7 Possessed = 182

TROOPS
7 Plague Marines - plasma gun, PC w/ powerfist = 216
7 Plague Marines - 2 plasma guns = 191

HEAVY
Predator - autocannon, heavy bolters = 100

TOTAL
1499 points

Changes:
> DP gets MoN -- Fluffy and T6 is where it's at, a real tough nut to crack. If you really feel like it you could drop the termi AC and land raider XA and get him warptime, makes him much much nastier in assault. The only thing keeping me from doing this is that XA on the raider I would expect is damn useful, considering you want it to be moving and dumping those termies out, which with no machine spirit is fairly easy to stop.

That's about it. I think the list will play well and hey, you've got the models for it right there. Assault termies I distrust but that's me, if you get first turn then power on in for maximum carnage.

I was thinking about MON on the DP, It was in my original list but was shaved off to make points for the AC Preditor.

You can see how the Battle went here...

I lost Mostly i think to poor deployment on my part.
My opponent PAul has beat me in evry game I've played him! I'll win one day!

Obliterators!!!! As many as you can fit. Also, DPs works best in pairs so your enemies have to split their fire more. I would say dump the possesed, since they are one of the worst units in the whole book.

I don't have any Obliterators!!!! yet? I don't like the Model... maybe i could do some conversions...

I'm thinking I should drop the Possessed, but for some reason i love taking them, plus They did ok in the Game they killed 10 bloodclaws in two combats.
I hate the random table - next game i play i will leave them out.

I'm thinking I make the change to take two smaller melta Terminator squads...
Two squads of three terminators that way when they DS in they can split their fire on two targets (hopefully tanks)
and have a little diversity should they scatter bad. something like:

1 reaper autocannon PF
2 combi meltas
145pts

1 reaper autocanon PF
2 combi Meltas
145pts

Seeing how easy the terminators were destroyed via being outnumbered, i find them had to justify cost wise.
But In the game i just played the sorta worked, they DS into play behind two tanks and a dread, and took out the SW Dread, the plan was to go to town on tanks next but they were quickly put to the sword before they had a chance... If only they turned up a turn or two later when the SW troops were further

And if i drop all the champions from the list that would save some more points..
should be able to aford another squad of PM or maybe another Preditor with lascannons...

If you mean No Retreat! wounds due to outnumbering, that's not possible as Chaos termies aren't Fearless :S

I think you're on track in dropping the possessed and wanting to go suicide bomb with the terminators. The possessed are damn cool models and I give props to anyone running them, but yes, they're a bit points-heavy and don't yield up great results. You wanting to keep the land raider around?

DP gets his warptime, can now go ape on squads instead of just being very tough.

Termies are striped down, giving 1 melta suicide squad that has a great chance of killing whatever it shoots at, one squad that can toss a melta in a pinch but also has that reaper for dropping with some distance (off plaguer icon) and providing support fire if needed. Reapers in both squads is 50 points that likely wouldn't survive the initial suicide drop. I originally had both squads with 2 meltas, no reapers at all, so they stay focused on their anti-tank missions. I prefer this but you've got the reapers and dropping with some distance isn't a bad call in some cases (i.e. no tanks to cook).

More plague marines is an excellent thing. 2 icons provide safe drops for the termies if need be.

Heavy tanks are now a real problem here, 2x AV13 and 1x AV14 gunline. Mass fire for anti-troop and light tank, land raider for lascannons, being invincible, maybe even dropping some plaguers up where they need to be.

The Land Raider is a point sink, and each army has some anti-heavy-amour weapons that take it down quickly.
By the way, there is no need to specify the Terminators' combi-weapons.

Admittedly I'm iffy on the big tank as well, but it can be fun to put a nice huge painted thing on the table and make tank sounds :S

The problem with terminators is that you get only a few guys for a massive amount of points invested... I have yet to see why/how they can be used to effect.

i know the arn't fearless but what i ment by overrun was what happed in my last game when a squad of 5T's got jumped by two squads of SW. that 2+ sav will fail when enough attacks are thrown at it!

I'm in the process of painting up thirty of them... so i'll be using them in most of my games for a while...

Tommorrow I have another game!
Against more marines but this time it's White Scars with plenty of bikes!
Changing the list, using some of your suggestions I did this:
dropping the landraider and taking a second preditor with lascanons
Dropping the possessed and adding a third PM squad
using the points saved to changing the terminators into two three man squads and upgrading the Daemon prince.
