Why not write the battle report and post it. You don't need a placeholder.

People are getting annoyed because they come to read the batrep and find there is no batrep.

I was going to write the complete report this morning during my break but got called away on some urgent business. In the future I will post the complete report.

you know i don't even think im going to come back and check this report out. it seems you do all of your reports in this fashion lately.

To add a bit to the tournament the second round between the two daemon armies was the big match. Both players had scored a full 8 battle points in the first round. They both play similiar lists and I think it would have been a very interesting game to watch. My game was on a cityfight table... and there was a lot of ruins on the table! Basically just about everything would have a 4+ cover save unless you could get up very close to shoot. We were playing at Coliseum of Comics in Kissimmee, Florida. It's my favorite shop in the state. CoC has lots of tables to play on and they all have beautiful terrain. The 'ard Boyz semi finals for Florida was held here in 2007 and they were able to accomodate everyone. If you come to visit Disney World the shop is closeby if you bring an army and would like to get in a game.

The second round saw the following pairings:

GBF (BA) vs. Allerka (SM)
Shane (CSM) vs. WC Brian (Eldar)
WhiteDevil (Daemons) vs. Stylez (Daemons)

The mission was kill points with DoW deployment. I won the roll to deploy and chose to go second holding my entire army in reserve. Here is Allerka's list:

Lysander
Vulkan

5x assault terminators
Dreadnaught/extra armor & multi-melta
6x Sternguard - HB razorback

3x full tactical squads/power fist, multi-melta, meltagun - rhino

LRC/extra armor & multi-melta

My opponent broke two of his tactical squads into combat squads as follows:

5x Marine/multi-melta, meltagun
5x Marine/power fist - rhino

The two combat squads with meltas setup in a ruin close to the center of the table.

And the rest???

This bat rep is more drawn out than a freaking soap opera or a Yu Gi Yo episode, where the one guy powers up for 4 or 5 episodes....
