I have started build my new chaos army. I want to include some DP in the list but hate the current model. I have been thinking of a conversion based of either the possessed models or one from the terminator lord box. Has any one done anything like this? If you have any ideas or thoughts would be great.

So... if you are looking to scale, I recommend ordering the Inquisitor sized (54mm) models, and going to town. If you want wings, do some research, as they can be tough to balance.

This popped up on the GW site yesterday. Clever use of the plastic giant, no?

Of course, redbeard's DP's gave me inspiration for the slaaneshi dp.

The C'tan models from the Necron range are actually really nice base conversions. All they need for:

Nurgle- some carrion wings and some greenstuff postules.
Tzeentch- some feather wings and some greenstuff crystals (?)
Slanesh- some possessed wings and some scratchbuilt drug vials etc..
Khorne- some possessed wings (or bigger) and a load of skulls and bones with a big axe.


Simple, but can be made to be ALOT more unique. Just let your ideas run wild.

That would work too. The inquisitor scale range is perfect for bigger builds

The nightbringer does seem to be a popular choice.
Saw a wicked one some guy did in the gallery.
He used the night bringer as a Nurgle Daemon prince.
