For it too be true Fan Service, wouldn't the frame have to be a lot lower on the Farseer, and perhaps there would need to be a convenient breeze blowing said Farseer's robes up and about?

I do believe this is the original comic strip...
There was also some fan fic written about it. He falls in love with her and can't kill her.
Also, apparently someone over at FFG surfs 4chan in their spare time.

Love Can Bloom was actually an excellent and excellently written story... pity they lost the end, so no one knows what happened to Macha and LIIVI - or was it Taldeer... I can never remember - anyway, it was a good story, and one of the FFG artists is part of /tg/ over at 4chan - that's how Grendel became part of the canon.
